Charming Paws Grooming Studio

I called about booking an appointment for my older dog but she declined to see her. There's nothing different with her aside from her age, you just have to be a little gentler with her. No medical conditions or anything. She didn't want to see her because she was a senior. I thought that was unprofessional as there is no difference with senior dogs or young dogs other than having to be gentler. I bathe her all the time with no issues, I just don't have the tools to give her a hair cut except for her face. Don't bother calling this place if you have a senior dog, she won't take it

Charming Paws did an amazing job grooming my elderly Terrier, Amber is very personable and professional, I would trust her to groom my dog anytime. I really like taking my dog to her as I have gone to other places where multiple dogs are being groomed at once and it can be stressful, here you know your dog is being taken care of in a wonderful home environment which is way less stressful for my dog and for me! Will definitely be bringing my dog to Charming Paws for grooming from now on.

I took my Maltipoo here as recommended by my neighbour. Not a positive experience. The groomer was super creepy and not friendly or welcoming. The house seemed very sketchy and I was very anxious leaving my dog here. It seemed as if the groomer was trying to block the door so I couldnt look inside the grooming area. When I picked up my dog his haircut was overall ok, but he has a patch of hair missing from his bum area which never seemed to grow back (its been several months). The groomer also mentioned it was one dog at a time, however i heard other dogs barking inside. It was overall not a comfortable experience and I would never take my dog here again. I wish i could see what goes on inside the grooming area, maybe that would ease my mind and i would be ok with another visit.

Amber is a great groomer, especially with my very anxious dog. Booking is easy, the service is always done on time without issue and most importantly my dog always comes back home without cuts or any other injuries.

Amber is great! My dog can be difficult and grumpy but she has a way with him. She always does an awesome job!

Amber has amazing talent and takes great care in providing the right cut for my Welsh Terrier. I truly appreciate her eye for detail and care & kindness she provides to my young dog during it's first grooming session. Amber also groomed my previous Welsh Terrier and always did an outstanding job and now our new puppy is looking just as good! I highly recommend Amber, she is a true professional.

Amber is extremely professional. She grooms our small dog, comes with all needed tools to groom, bath, trim & blow dry and leaves no mess after she is gone. We trust Amber with access to our home if we are not there and she comes in, grooms, even takes our pup out to potty and leaves her for us when we return later. Her cuts & trims are beautiful, professional and she creates beautiful bows & clips for our puppies hair. Extremely cute. Amber is polite, cheerful, always on time & trustworthy. Just what you want with someone who comes to your home. Oh, and convenient! Great value! Thanks Amber!

Amber is friendly and always shows up on time. She stays at our house for a few hours, when she finishes the dog looks great and there is no mess left behind, she has even groomed our cat! I would definitively recommend Charming Paws to anyone with a dog, big or small.

My little guy had his first grooming here. It was such a positive experience for him. He looks fantastic. Amber was awesome and did such a wonderful job. He really needed it!!Thank you Amber for putting me at ease as well. I couldn't be happier.
