Called twice - 15 + minutes each call - endless musac. Then cut off each time by an advisor when they 'picked up the call' - shocking behaviour.

Can't even leave messages.Pants service.You can at Waverly, Farnham and Aldershot.It also has a local code, unlike Guildford, which is tied into, trading standards.Pathetic.What happened to walk ins???Full of excuses here.

Wonderful service for free...4starts for that.However, running it alternate Tuesday only and first come first serve basis makes hard to access, appointment with qué system would have worked better.I had mearly 5min session but I had to wait for 2.5hrs.If you planning to consult be there by 5pm for early entry.

Citizens Advice Guildford and Ash
We have emailed them , called them ,went there to book an appointment- there is no any chance. They excuse with the Covid . I asked them to put a note on the door-@we can not help at all@, not to ask me to send me an email and so on to loose my time. Some of them went out ask me about my name , that he is going to check and 30 min after it I saw him to go to lunch. Of course he did not check anything . This is ridicules.
