Princess Delivery

I love these guys! I don't have a car. During bad winter days during lockdown, they picked up my order from the pet store multiple times the same day I requested it - and one was willing to help bring that particular considerable load up the half-flight of stairs right to my apartment door. They have taken a urine sample for one of my cats to the vet, and did it faster than their initial estimate - it's important to get that to the vet as quickly as possible for the most accurate results - and then brought us the prescribed meds before the day ended.They generally manage to take care of any request within 2-3 hours, in my experience. They are much MUCH cheaper and less stressful than my having to catch a cab both ways! And every single person I have dealt with has been wonderfully friendly and helpful. Everything gets here (or to the vet) intact and in excellent condition. I have every intention of continuing to use their services, and I'm very grateful that they exist.

Reading others reviews, I don't think it's fair to blame a driver if the food got people sick, or part of the order is missing. The restaurant is soley responsible. Delivery is steep but so is gas and still cheaper than using a cab to run around doing errands.They give honest timelines, especially when busy. I love that i can order groceries, alcohol, and food from the same company. Drivers are always really polite and friendly.

I have to say, the most RESPECTFUL, KIND delivery service I have EVER had the pleasure of dealing with! Having a disability, Byron and his staff go out of their way. They go above and beyond. I not only give them five stars, I give them double or triple. I sincerely mean this. WOW! I could go on and on, but thank you Byron and your wonderful staff. I could go on and on about this company. Nancy was the best ever. I, as well as others, don't have a car. When they can't deliver on time they call and let you know. No other delivery service can compare to Princess Delivery.

Have never had a dodgy experience with this company. Even when they are extremely busy, they quote times accurately, communicate exceptionally well, and are always honest about what they are able to do at any given time. The drivers are friendly and dispatch has always been respectful. 10/10 without a doubt.

I ordered pizza today using Princess Delivery. I had ordered from the particular restaurant a couple weeks ago using a different delivery service (DoorD-). The DoorD- driver only delivered 3 of the 5 items I ordered, blamed the store for what was 100% his mistake and then dashed. Customer service from DoorD- did absolutely nothing to fix their driver's mistake.I went through Princess Delivery this time. Received my full order very quickly and the food was hot. Customer service was great , kept me updated and the delivery driver was very nice. Will definitely order using Princess Delivery again. I'd much rather support local vs those other guys.

The worst delivery service I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with, horrible service, rude staff, and worst of all the owner loves to make endless excuses for them. Don't bother with them, as much as it's nice to keep things local I'd rather go with literally any other company.

I've ordered from Princess Delivery a handful of times. Over half the time, they're either at capacity" or won't deliver to the West End of Kingston. I mean really

I've been in the flower business for 29 years, that is 29 years of flower delivery company experience. I've seen the good, the bad and the ugly. Princess Delivery is by far the best that I have ever employed. They are professional, deliver within a more than reasonable frame of time and are the best price in town. Hiring a delivery company as a florist is putting trust in another company to represent your business. I have yet to be disappointed. Great job Byron and team!

They don't deliver Marijuana but they deliver alcohol and cigarettes. Also the first and only time I ordered from this business the delivery driver showed up and said he is only accepting cash because his card machine wasn't working. I had no cash on me and he said he would come back 2 hours later. I had to drive to the bank and get cash and pay this guy defeating the purpose of having something delivered to me. Very unorganized business and had a bad experience.

So today I got groceries, which I preordered from Grant's no frills. They literally gave the driver section by section.... fail. Driver 100% awesome. We've had him before and always great service from him. Hes went back to get the stuff 3 times even when he finished work at 5. The person who was on shift at dispatch was also amazing, very patient, very understanding and patient. No frills gets -5 * but princess delivery today during this crisis was +10 *.
