TERRBLIE place to come too. Never eat here expecting good service the severs and sever helpers look like they hate their jobs along with the cooks who look borderline suicidal watching them make the food. They can't cook a steak properly we saw multiple people complain about the steaks the 3 times we came here along with a cook starting an argument with a dishwasher which seems unfair and diss tasteful. That made us walk out of the restaurant before we were even seated along with rats who we've heard roam their restaurant as well. A server even told us of some manager named Marie who apparently hates her staff and we even saw it happen in front of us after she said that. She walked to the kitchen and started yapping at the cooks seemingly acting like she knew how to make the food before saying just guess the cooking time and go from there. I wouldn't wanna work there let alone eat there ever again after everything we've seen/heard. (went all 3 times with my wife and kid)

I had protein pancaces, I liked them it was first time I have visited IHOP. Quality = Price and also quantity, the food was huge. Our waitress was really welcoming, so we enjoyed it a lot. Definitelly going to visit again and I have to try to plain or Mexican pancakes with dulce leche.

I love IHOP. It’s my favourite place. Food is amazing, prices are amazing and the service is awesome! The manager service quality is one of the main reasons I come to this specific location. She used to be the manager on the Metrotown area before and moved here and I moved as well to follow her great service.

Food is mediocre, so I only go there when I want to eat at a sit down restaurant in the mall. Service is not bad however, although you do have to pay at the front. Pancakes never look nearly the same as shown in the menu, which is quite disappointing, and the taste could probably be better too, considering that it's famous for its pancakes.

I'll start off by saying the waiter was great as was the manager who attempted to resolve our issues. That being said my issue is with the food quality.Both my wife and I had meals that had steak with it,(steak tips and eggs & big steak omelet). The quality of the steak was terrible. My wife's was so overcooked it could barely be cut. The taste of the steak was off with a fishy taste. 3 hours later and not feeling so well. We were discounted 3.80 to substitute sausages. For a meal for over $60 I expect better quality. We agreed as a family this will be our first and last visit here. STAY AWAY FROM THE STEAK, June 9th,2023.

We stopped at the mall here while in town to get my daughter some shoes that worked with her afo's. first off, the mall was great! shoekids was amazing! we then went for lunch at IHOP before heading home to the Shuswap. Right from the get-go, the waitress seemed upset for some reason. She gave terrible service and was far from pleasant. After we finally received our meal, the waitress not even once came neer our table to fill drinks or ask how our meal was. The food was average at best, and the service just ruined the whole experience. By far, the worst IHOP I have ever been to.

Today April 22, we went to this IHOP. The restaurant was using a new electronic service. The servers used a touch pad and the order went directly to the kitchen.We were only served after twice asking and when we did receive our food it was cold. The server said our wait “was ONLY 34 minutes”.We were so hungry we shut up and ate it.We had to ask for coffee refills twice from other servers.One of us didn’t get his pancakes with his meal.My chicken fajita was so cold a toddler could’ve enjoyed it. It arrived without the fajita and a skin from sitting and waiting.The whole experience was a dud. Each time we asked for something another server had to get it for us.IHOP why did you launch a new service change on a Saturday?

3 people, 2 adults, 1 child. Paid 75 total with tip for hot garbage. Waitress was good, everything else was terrible. We ended up leaving hungry after not finishing our plates. Chicken and waffle, chicken was dry and over cooked. French toast tasted like cardboard. The Burrito bowl was served with under cooked eggs.We won't be returning.

Always a big fan of pancakes and IHOP is the perfect answer for for that.delicious food.very cooperative and friendly staff.They got a plenty of options.loved the place .would recommend everyone to try it
