I had shopped today and bought an item that was listed on shelf for 2 for 6.88. Without looking they charged me 10.99 for each item. Few hours later I stop by to get a refund and the manager JACK, refused to refund me and correct the price, he had called me a cun T lmao. At the same time, someone else walked in wanting a refund because they were sold expired yogurt lolHorrible store.

The plce is very warm and they have a really good cookie pack that is ab 5 dollars when I visited. Dollar baguette's.I am glad for their early openings (went for groceries around 9am) and professional staff. The bathroom is clean.Many nicely priced animal treats with good quality.

First time in this store. This store is unique to me as I've never been in a store in the US like this. Extremely good prices on the no name" items. Produce section was lacking color & variety. Store was clean & staff was professional."

Nice place for grocery and fresh veg.

It's a nice grocery store, there are kind employees and kind customers. There is a large selection of fresh food, frozen food, canned food, and more.

It's a clean, well taken care of store, but I found the prices on the high side.The Superstore at Don Mills and Eg has better deals and is geared towards a different demographic, so I found this slightly off-putting considering No Frills to be a bargain grocer.

I've read several complaints about this store, but so far I haven't experienced anything too bad as of yet.The staff that I have delt with has been fairly helpful and pleasant enough.Store has been fairly clean and stocked. I'm sure there will be times you may not always find a particular product available or product that may have expired which hasn't been removed from the shelf.I personally worked in all area's of a very (large chain) grocery store when I was a student. And I can tell you from first hand experience, there is a process for inventory requirements. However, in this business things don't always go according to plan.Some of the complaints that I have read are about rude staff members from the owner Richard to the staff on the floor. While I personally have had good experiences shopping here. I certainly hope that is not the case.That should never be tolerated. But handle quietly. I drive, so for me it is easy enough to find another grocery store close by. Unfortunately, I feel empathy and understand it may be difficult for some people who live in the area and use this business as their primary grocery shopping. I certainly hope that the owners and staff can recognize this as well and offer a pleasant and professional shopping experience for their customers and neighbors in the area.

I love this No Frills! It has a great selection of meats, fruits and veggies! I love that they offer smaller packages of oxtail here!

I have watched beautiful sunsets from the nofrills parking lot for 20 years. After grocery can just sit and watch the most beautiful colors over the city skyline can't find this view anywhere else in Scarborough!
