One time there was a big snow storm and the Government Caregiver Coordinator called my husband at 6 am and said that their Care Giver was taking a day off. They had no replacement. I was in great trouble. Mother needed special help 24/7. What to do? I called Total Home Care. They immediately drove through the show storm and delivered me one of their Care Giver within one hour.

We can not recommend the team hear more highly. Every step of the process is done right, every time. The booking process starts with a genuine review of your needs and then is flexible after that. Most importantly, the staff they send is caring, competent and very conscientious. They arrive on time, every time, and stay though to the next shift., We use them as our go to" agency when caring for my 93 year old mother

My aunt has been working for Total Home & Healthcare Services for 11 years. She introduced me to work at their office as an Office Administration. I notice that THHS' staffs are very accessible for both clients and employees. When something arises, the office staffs become one team until the situation is dealt witj. Now, I am at school, but come to help them whenever I can. They are working very professionally and helped me to expand my knowledge and skills.
