Very disappointed with the rude customer service. Associate Lisa was rude and unhelpful when asking for availability if a product over the phone. Put on hold for 30 minutes. I called back again and she said they don't have the time and I should come into the store if I am even serious about purchasing a item.

Kiren and Hamza went above and beyond to help me fix a Serta Office Chair which I bought 2 weeks ago.They took the time to help me take apart the chair, watch videos online and even place back the fully made chair into my car!It's so refreshing to see associates who care for the consumers and I will be always come back to see them!Staples, you are very fortunate to have associates like these working for your company!

Photo service is a joke. If I could give zero stars I would. I sent pictures to be printed and only got half of them. The half I got were awful and not even cut properly. They blamed it on their system and took no accountability for their mistake. Supervisor (Liza) and Manager (Moe) were useless and do not know what customer service is. Refunded all the pictures. They wasted my time to get the pictures and to come back a second time to get no apology. Offered a pathetic reason and no compensation for my wasted time. AVOID STAPLES ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION.

All in one store for office and school supplies. The varieties you can find here is no match with Walmart or Amazon. The price is competitive here for office and school supplies. The electronics here have limited option and price is on higher end

First time picking up Fedex package here and the last time!! 3 staff chit chatting about their life while i’ve been waiting there! the one lady served someone she knows first before me! I said.excuse me! She said oh you have to go to the next register? are you kidding me? then i move to the next register and the guy there served another customer before me! again i said i’ve been here! then he said oh just wait I need to scan these delivery first! OMFG! If my mom didn’t need this package I would’ve left and said FORGET IT!!What a rude and very poor customer service! actually non existent customer service! NEVER AGAIN! I WOULD RATHER DRIVE FAR THAN DEAL WITH THIS HEADACHE!!Gone are the days where customers gets served! They make you wait until their socializing is done! well unless nobody they know is there! WATCH OUT!!

Horrible photo center.First of all the lady taking the photos today was very arrogant.When she took the photos it was no where near the us specifications for passport.The photos had black ink smudges.I requested the lady to take good quality pictures and that too as per the us specification.The photo was neither 80% face as expected.Moreover the lady said , even if I retake your photos it will be the same so take it or no it’s your wish.I am so disappointed with the service and can’t believe a store like staples is so unprofessional when we know how important the paspoort photos are.Sharing the photo below. You guys can see the quality and also notice that even the black ground is not completely white.If there was an option to give no star I would have selected that.Also I would request the management to take a note of this.Either hire some professionals for photo service or stop providing passport photo services.

Good place for electronics and gadgets. Get yourself some time to figure out the best deal. I was not able to return unopened Apple Watch as it was 1 day over the warranty period

Bad service at this location in the Purolator drop off section. There staff doesn't acknowledge you, maybe they need more staff, these girls are either slow or can't keep up with their workload. I just wanted my Amazon returns scanned and the receipt printed out, it's a 30+ minute wait. When the girl finally came to help I couldn't understand her, speaks terrible English with a heavy accent, so it was a bit difficult. She wasn't nice either, had a rude attitude. Possibly she is overworked and underpaid.

Terrible and racist service at Purolator desk.I waited patiently in line to drop off a pre-labelled package. This lady served the customers before me, who seemed to share a similar ethnicity to herself, but walked away when it was my turn, there was no one behind me. She took an unnecessary stroll to a coworker, made ridiculous small talk for a little, then slowly strolled back. She made me wait for absolutely no reason. I'm usually quite friendly and patient, but not for silly people providing bad service.
