Look what happened to my toe after they put a gel nail on it they filed down so much on my toe nail now it's cracked and bleeding after the nail came off my toe really hurts

My friend and I went here, she got her natural nails painted and I got a new acrylic set and we paid almost the same price. There was no communication about cost throughout the process and my new acrylics were lumpy, thick, and rushed. They did not let me or my friend pick out colors and instead they picked for us after showing the designs to them. I had to file down and repaint my nails when I got home. Not worth $70, I will go somewhere else next time.

By far the worst set of nails I’ve ever gotten. Save yourself the time & stress by going somewhere else.I’m highly skeptical about the positive reviews on here because my set turned out awful.

I normally get pedicures here as they are close to home and do the hotstones but there was a new girl who did mine this time and it was really disappointing. The polish looks nice but my nails aren't evenly filed and when I say I barely got the hot stone massage I mean really minimal.I wanted a fill and trim on my engagement nails I had done somewhere else before my vacation and there was major miscommunication. I asked if they could be filled to match or filled and made to look light pink ombre keeping the original base. She showed me a similar polish to match but then filed the entire nail color off before I could say anything, really upsetting. She didn't do any cuticle care until after my nails were finished and the cuticles were sticking up so they were filed after my nails were done leaving a substantial gap and removed some of the polish around the edges of my nails. My ring finger shape looks wonky. Is it normal to not get a short massage after getting nails done? Put my own lotion on afterwards and pretty sure I was charged for a completely new set.Another young lady came in for an appointment fill of her pedicure French tips. Her toes were filed with the machine, no soaking or cleansing and the lady took the nailfile after she used on my hands to the girls feet getting the pedicure.Really sad I lost my engagement nails and got a poor manicure and pedicure. I even called ahead to make an appt, if what I wanted couldn't have been accommodate I wish I would have been told that and should have let me know there was someone new learning to do pedicures as I would have gone elsewhere. Questioning the cleanliness after seeing the shared file from mani to unwashed feet and probably back to someone else's hands.

I went to Lilly, and she was the best one, I didn't have an appointment, but she took me right way, I did an walk-in. Best service ever. They color was pretty cute. Can't wait to go back to her. I recommend this salon.

Love this place! Service is great and my pedicures always look fantastic. Been going here for 13 years.

I did my nail there for more than 3 times , but they don't last even for a week, and they are always rude on the phone

Not impressed at all. My daughter and I wanted to do something nice for ourselves for Mother’s Day. Went in based on all the good reviews. Had an appointment at noon they took my daughter in after 15mins I waited half hour. We told them what we wanted. My daughter told the lady she was not happy with the service the lady just told her they were ok and she need not to worry. I asked for french tips and I asked for square. At the end of an almost 2 hour service for both of us our bill was way more than I expected. $70 for french tips and $60 for gels. Kinda thought the gel would have cost more. The only good thing was the ladies were nice. Will not go here again.

Wow what a place always talking about you cause u asked for diamonds an she wants to rush to the next person allready don't do nails here due to the bumpyness now thos sitting in a chair well wait for someone to help me never again
