The Breakers is steps from Lake Ontario. Located across the street from Veteran's Point Gardens and Ajax Waterfront Park in South Ajax. The Breakers is comprised of 3 buildings and the amenities include underground parking, indoor pool, gym and more. When considering purchasing a condo in the Breakers be sure you look at the maintenance fees and what's included. Definitely worth a look especially if you're looking for a condo steps from the lake.

A VERY WELL MAINTAINED COMPLEX NEAR THE LAKE. LARGER SPACIOUS SUITES WITH LOTS OF WINDOWS TO ADMIT SUNLIGHT. GREAT REC. CENTER.
