I am also happy to report that, when the team was removing the damaged carpets, they discovered a large sum of money that my client had hidden underneath. Due to some heavy rains my basement flooded. I called ServPro and I could not be happier with the service I was given. When I called the office they were very helpful. Nichole, who answered the phone, was outstanding! She led me through what to do until their techs could come and give an estimate on the damage. She informed me of everything that they would be doing as well. When the man came for the estimate he was very professional and took his time to expertly examine the damage and explained how they would be alleviating the problem. Within the next couple of days the techs came and did an outstanding job! Overall this turned out to be the best experience I have ever had with a company. From the first phone call to the execution of the job, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. I would suggest ServPro to any family or friends! Thank you for wondeful service ServPro!! Servpro assisted us with an extensive clean up following oil furnace smoke infiltration and damage within our home. The service was courteous, attentive to detail, and the communication between the company, especially the owner, insurance provider, work team with my husband and I was wonderful. Knowing that our insurance company recommended Serve Pro was a big relief when our basement flooded. Their immediate response was a breathe of fresh air. Serve Pro’s staff was friendly and professional. Each step of the process was explained thoroughly and I knew we were in good hands.

Servo Pro came in after I had 2 pipes burst last January and flooded my house, 4 rooms in my house had to be gutted and repaired. They came in helped work with the insurance company, and helped restore my house as good or better then it was before.

I had a major water catastrophe at my house after a pipe burst on my third floor and ran for days while I was out of town. Cleaning it up was a huge job, but ServPro did a nice job of getting the house all dried out and the mold removed. They were responsive and professional through the process. I also appreciated that they worked very cleanly and took a lot of care to protect and save as much of the unique character of my old house as they could. And I appreciated that they worked directly with my insurance company to get the paperwork done, which was less for me to worry about.

Those girls Erika & Nichole that answer the phones are really awesome to talk to.they both Always have a pleasant attitude and if theyre not sure how to help in the moment; they will always get back to you in a timely matter.. Servpro of the south towns should definitely be your number one go to in the event of an unfortunate incident requiring professional clean up. They even do just regular clean ups as well!

After dealing with a flooded basement and a new sewage line replacement, we needed professional help to clean up our basement. SERVPRO responded quickly to our request, worked with our timeline (and were flexible in case the plumbing repair went late) and helped us navigate the insurance process. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and were kind and explained everything to us. I highly recommend this company.
