Andrew's Safe at Home virtual classes have been great way to get me back into a good workout routine. He gives thorough explanation of each exercise and his enthusiastic encouragement throughout the class helps to keep you motivated.

I have been doing the “Get Fit From Home” online training classes with Andrew for a few months now and I have seen much improvement in mobility and strength. I like that he takes the time to explain each exercise before we do them and gives position cues during the class. He is very knowledgeable, highly recommend!

Andrew's online workouts have kept my husband and me motivated and active since December 2020. He changes the workouts frequently and gives pointers and tips to help us to do the exercises most effectively. He also does a weekly checkin and answers any questions or concerns we may have. He records the workouts so we can do them whenever it fits our schedule.

I signed up for Andrew's stretching/mobility class to give myself something to look forward to when lockdowns were announced in fall, something to work on, a do-able first step towards healthy choices. Since then, I've joined the Tuesday fitness classes, and really ramped it up by joining a cousin in a different daily fitness challenge. My range of motion has increased significantly. Your nutrition info, Andrew, was literally perfect timing for me as well. I just can't say enough. Thank you. I look forward to continuing this journey and truly it has been a significant part of my coping with this whole covid situation. He is thorough in his explanations, beginners can jump right in, and the programs have more challenging options for those who need it. I highly recommend Andrew's programs to everyone.

Andrew has been one of my coaches for almost four years now. His GFFH classes are great because you can do them at home with little to no equipment and still work up a good sweat! Prior to the workout Andrew demonstrates each exercise and provides options for every fitness level. During the workout he also talks about proper form which I find super helpful! I also do the mobility classes which give a great stretch and have improved my flexibility. For me, these classes have been convenient, motivating, and have brought me closer to reaching my fitness goals!

Andrew's classes are awesome! The warmup routine is consistent and every session offers levels of difficulty for completing the exercises. Andrew is very positive and encouraging and I always look forward to the classes and feel better after finishing the workout.

I never stick with fitness classes, but Andrew's have been so great, I've stuck through it for over a month now, and have no intention of quitting! He does a great job pointing out what we need to be thinking of in terms of our form, and manages to be enthusiastic and encouraging, even online. And his dogs are pretty great too. :P Highly recommend!

I have been doing the GFFH workouts with Andrew for a few months now and I couldn't be happier. With GFFH I am able to get my workout done in 30 minutes, and with Andrew being a mastermind of what the body needs to stay fit and healthy, it is a great 30 minute workout. I can't thank Andrew enough for his constant professionalism, and motivation. I am able to stay fit and healthy from the comforts of my own home. Highly recommend for all fitness levels and goals!

Like everyone else, when the gyms closed at the beginning of the pandemic, my wife and I were looking for a way to keep fit. We found Andrew's Fit From Home classes online and haven't looked back.Classes are half and hour and definitely a workout. Andrew is succinct, he explains all the exercises well, and changes them up every few weeks, so they don't get tedious and boring.Andrew also offers mobility classes. These classes are also excellent. Along with the basic stretches, the classes include numerous range of motion exercises that we weren't familiar with. They are a good compliment to the exercise classes.Finally, Andrew has helped with our accountability. He checks in every week to see how the exercises went. This goes a long way to keeping us focused and on-track with our exercise goals.We are getting a great workout with minimal equipment. Definitely seeing results. We highly recommend it.

I started doing Andrew's get fit from home program to keep me accountable and work on my strength. I really like the progressions because I can challenge myself with each individual exercise. There is always a core component which has really helped with lower back pain. I also tried his mobility class and have felt great as a result of it. I would highly recommend working with Andrew no matter your current ability.
