I have been a customer of Per Mar since they purchased Northern Safety and Security. I have always had top notch customer service over the phone and in person when dealing with sales people and service technicians. I recently dealt with Denelle Hilliard on upgrading our system. She was very professional and knowledgeable about what we needed and was very honest with me as to what we needed. After deciding what to upgrade the service tech Ken Johnston came to our home to do the work. A great experience! He was very thorough, professional, knowledgable and polite. Had a great time working with him on completely testing all the devices on our system. He gladly took the extra time to take a few extra steps on testing our freeze sensors and water back up sensor.I highly recommend Per Mar of Bemidji if you are in the market for a security system!

The Per Mar team installed a camera system For our range facilities. Ken Johnston handled the majority of the work . He was very professional and helpful getting us online for remote access. He took extra time going over operation and use of the system.I recommend them for your security needs

Matthew Drake was our service technician and he was professional and polite. He inspected and changed battery on our system. He also revived a door alarm that had been out of service.
