I went there for a couple items and decided to check out the make up aisle. The lady working in the makeup section was talking to a lady in an aisle and then asked her to come over to the other aisle (to keep an eye on me) the customer was confused and the worker said out loud that she wanted to make sure I didn’t steal anything. Not a big deal, I know that’s a part of their job but I found it incredibly rude. I’m not sketchy looking, well dressed and professional and it kind of hurt my feelings to be honest. I think there are plenty of drug stores that all have the same items so I won’t be returning

I have never been so insulted in my life! I wrote a complaint to the central branch! They are the rudest employees I have ever seen! Terrible staff! There are empty shelves and no goods!

We’ve been using this pharmacy for a couple of years now and have never been very happy for a number of reasons. The biggest problem seems to be their billing system which often doesn’t get our insurance info right. We are also often left with the feeling when filling and picking up prescriptions that we are a nuisance or bothering them. The most recent issue is they called me to tell me (with a bit of attitude) that they can’t get my most recent prescription. I asked if they could order it in and was told no. I checked two other local pharmacies and was told no problem, they had it in stock. My wife and I won’t be back.

Been here twice now and both times they gave me the wrong information. All employees are rude, not trained well. Moreover, they are misleading to the customers.

This afternoon, seven people behind the counter, 5 people lined up and took 10 minutes to pick up prescription. This being the second visit of the day after being told prescription wasn't ready 45 minutes after the stated time for pick up. I don't need to hear from the owner with platitudes, just get the staff off of their high horse and actually make an effort to service the customer. Very simple concept, even easier to enact. Be better. Like Mackenzie, she's got the right idea and approach.

I will never use this pharmacy again! They told me prescriptions would be ready at 6:00. I came at 6:30, not ready, I left and came back, was told they are ready but someone is checking them. The person doing the checking took a phone call, and an in store customer. I said excuse me

Very polite staff. The pharmacy is wonderful and helpfull if you have any extra questions or guidance with anything, there's always someone eager to help you with a smile on there face.
