I wish that I could give 0 stars as this place does not deserve 1 star. Do not go to this place to buy a vehicle. My experience with “Uncle Sam” was very disturbing to me. I have never been so disrespected as a woman in my life. My husband and I were looking for a vehicle with better gas mileage than our truck due to gas prices. We went in to Calgary Auto Sales as there was a vehicle he was interested in. I noticed that the tail light on the drivers side had condensation in it. I guess there was a crack in it so that is how water got in. He pointed out to say that it will always be clean, but what happens when it shorts out and doesn’t work anymore due to water damage. After I pointed this out, “Uncle Sam” got very defensive and said we were too picky. He went looking at how much a new tail light would be. Then the comment that made my blood boil was “Well your wife is just going to back into you anyways so what does it matter”. Asked him to repeat it as he is thinking this is a joke. My husband said we were out of there and that they just lost a sale. I hope that anyone that goes there is prepared to be disrespected because that is all “Uncle Sam” is. A very disrespectful man towards women. I hope you learn something “Uncle Sam” that you cannot treat people that way.

Buyer BEWARE! Please, Please do your research before purchasing from this dealer! Really make sure you look at all aspects of the warranty they offer and take the vehicle to a outsourced mechanic for inspection! You will have nothing but problems if you don't! Do not short yourself thousands of dollars and possibly the termination of your warranty because the dealer lied to the warranty company just to make the commission. BE VERY CAUTIOUS OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Currently filing a report with AMVIC...

Sam was very disrespectful when speaking to women compared to other men who were around. Do not believe he was being entirely honest about the vehicles condition. There were a few things not fully working and when inquiring further on them to see if they would be fixed prior to us purchasing the vehicle his response was that he didn't even notice those things and that if we wanted them fixed we would have to pay more then what he listed the vehicle for.

Be careful on this dealership guys, they dont care about the service, they care just for the money they will earn from you. later you will regret..

I went there to change my tires he and his mechanic said my tire were good and only needed a patch but the next day my tire was flat again they changed my tire by putting on my spare tire at the time he said he would keep my tire and rim there for me as the damage tire could not be fixed the husband said he would keep it there for me and now he says he doesn't have it and can't remember me leaving it there some people should be ashamed I do not recommend dealing with these people they say one thing and then say they don't remember saying that, but you said I can leave it there for when I got money you will put it on, you did not say I had to come back the next day if you did I would have you put it in the car and I will have another place put it on

Be very aware of what this dealership does they are very sneaky and will sell you anything just to make money run far away when you see this dealship it will only cause you problems going there

The Calgary Auto Sales owner was great to deal with and we are very pleased with the car we purchased. We had 4 cars to look at, he gave us all the time we needed to choose the one we wanted. No sales pressure at all from him, after all it's really the car" that needs to sell itself to the buyer. Once we picked the car
