These guys literally doubled my rates from one bill to the next. When calling customer service, I got the most condescending customer service rep I've ever seen. Absolutely horrible customer service, and even worse rates. I'm paying both regulated and deregulated. When I asked about this, I was told that the deregulated part of the bill is for their fees. They hid $250 in fees under the deregulated part. Definitely do not recommend, I'll be switching providers promptly.

I compared Bow Valley Power rates with others and found them THE best. I've been a customer since 2013. They offer a senior rate - awesome. I highly recommend them. Their internet web site is easy to maneuver and find your best deal with them. You can call them and actually get a real person to answer right away and deal with your needs.

I have been with these guys for 5 years now with nothing but great service. They were tremendous when I moved making my transition seamless. I also love that i am able to put a portion of my power to be green!
