Burtol Cleaners

My family but especially my father used Burtol’s on Dublin for decades!! My father recently passed away and I drove across town to take his suit to Burtol’s one last time. I personally hadn’t been there in years and was very disappointed to find very unfriendly staff. My last trip there.

Hello All.I am years late in posting an online review, but feel it is important to now. We have been going to Burtol Cleaners on St. Paul Ave. in Brantford for about 10 years now and are Very Happy with the service and results of all our laundry items.The whole staff has always been very pleasant and nice to deal with. They have always tried to get our items finished early if I have asked.Thanks again Burtol staff.Galen

To the 'lady' in the back: GET OUT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! You are rude and disrespectful to customers! I did not appreciate being dismissed so rudely when the lady at the desk inquired with you as to whether my drycleaning order could be done by Friday. This is Tuesday! How rude of you to look me in the eye and so abruptly say NO!...not by Friday...next Tuesday! And then to waive your hands as a gesture for me to leave when I stated

I brought my satin prom dress in for cleaning back in February with one water stain on the skirt of the dress. When I went to pick it up, there were MANY more large stains and the water stain was not even touched. I returned the dress to the store and complained about the awful staining. I was told the dress would be re cleaned. After many months of the dress sitting in the store they finally re cleaned it, but the dress is still a mess. Also very disappointed with the communication as I didn’t even get calls on when to pick up the dress and the ladies working there did not seem to have the same information regarding the cleaning of my dress. This whole process lasted over 5 months and my dress is ultimately much worse than when I brought it in. I would strongly recommend taking your dresses elsewhere if you truly care about them. Very disappointed with burtol cleaners in Brantford.

absolutely the worst experience of my life thus far!, I dropped my suit off on Monday for a wedding the following Saturday, told it was to be done on Wednesday, I showed up Saturday morning and they LOST! my suit! yes lost !! they could not locate" my suit so I had to go and find something else to wear

Dry cleaning good but much need better customer service . I found her not friendly and seemed like she doesn’t like her job . Not good representative for the store . They don’t give you a ticket for your cleaning ???
