I recently bought a snazzy new pair of glasses from Laurier Optical’s Belleville location. The service I received was excellent and I love my new glasses. I was especially impressed with the kindness and professionalism of my sales rep, Lesley. She didn’t even blink twice when I went shopping in the children’s section! I don’t like boring glasses, and Laurier had a fine collection of unboring children’s glasses. Thank you, Lesley! I think my grandchildren will approve!

Bridgette was an amazing help with getting me my first pair of glasses I’ve always been anxious about getting glasses one day and she made my experience amazing and now I’m actually excited to wear them! She went above and beyond especially to explain our insurance coverage! So very thankful for Bridgette!!

Finally to decided to ditch my cheaters & get pair of prescription glasses. The staff here are amazing!! Dr.Poplove was great in attending to my eye exam, and Lesley & Bridgitte were very patient & helpful in helping me choose the proper frames.One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had…highly recommend Laurier!

I've been going to Laurier for as long as I can remember. I always receive amazing care. I usually deal with Denise who doesn't rush you in choosing frames and gives her honest opinion on whether something suits you or not. Today I was met by Sara who gave me just as much attention and a pleasant, friendly experience while picking up my new glasses.They're also very patient with my two little girls when they come in for their exams!

Wonderful experience:I came just to see if they could repair my glasses but Bridgitte informed me about a promotion with good prices on good frames, helped to choose the best fitting frame and put the order through insurance promptly. That was all done in friendly manner even though it was time to close for the day. And the glasses were ready in no time during holiday period! Thanks, see you again!

I went in today after already having picked out the frames I liked. I was met by Bridgitte who was so nice to deal with. The process was quick and she was so patient and informative. I’ll definitely be back for my next set!
