Their contractors loved parking in my driveway when working on a neighbour's house. They were annoyed when I asked them to move their trucks blocking my car, so I could go to work.Apparently I inconvenienced them, as they took over 5 minutes to leave my driveway.Maybe they are professional with their customers, but I'll never know.

We called Betts Electric for a small job at our store. They were prompt with service, and very friendly and professional from start to finish. The electrician who did our job went above and beyond, patiently tracking down where switches and outlets went and ensuring the work he did was exactly what we wanted and needed before he left. We were very impressed with Betts Electric, and will certainly both use them again and recommend them to others.

Betts Electric have an Excellent Team. Dale Collins the General Manager provided us with Excellent service in assisting us to upgrade our lighting for our Kitchen & Bathrooms. The Led & under cabinet lighting is superior. Al Howald our Electrician did an excellent job with all the Led lighting & the Brushed Nickel Fans installed in our Cathedral Entrance & 3 Bedrooms. Erich of Betts Electric went above and beyond to trace an electrical issue in a enterphone system of a local apartment. He drew detailed maps of the system from the outdoor enterphone to each suite, troubleshooted problems, and after meticulous investigation found the problem and fixed the system. Erich further followed up his work with detailed emails and telephone calls of the issues at hand that were easy to understand and follow.In our industry we do not see “rock star” performers very much

Over the last 14 ,months we have been doing renovations in every room, we required many timed visits by electricians before other contractors could start or finish project. Dale came over on days projects were being done and met contractor to develop schedules and set up plans for his crew, they are a amazing company to deal with, trustworthy, available ,always here on time. Very impressed. Wanted to upgrade service from road. They investigated and dealt with city utilities and gave me a quote all within a week. After I changed plans they were back within 48 hours to work on the new plan. Spent time explaining the work and options to myself, a layman, and determined the best course of action. Not once did they push their service or product. I would recommend Betts Electric to my friends and they will be getting any future work at my house.

I use Betts Electric to do all my electric work and have been happy every time they have done work for me. This time I had a ballast go in one of my fluorescent light fixtures. I called Betts Electric and they had someone here ASAP, and replaced my ballast right away. Thank you for always being so efficient, and having staff that is a pleasure to deal with.
