Jacob was very responsive and answered my call personally. He was at my home the following day and was very professional and knowledgeable. I will use his services in future for any appliance repairs.

I sent a message to Martell Appliance Repair about a washing machine problem. He was able to get back to me the same day multiple times. My machine started to work after we spoke, but I wanted to have someone look at it anyway for peace of mind. He said he could make it the next day in the afternoon and I agreed. He showed up as expected. Polite and seemed very knowledgeable. Was able to diagnose the issues with the washer which was great and gave sound recommendations. Even made a call to GE to ask them about warranty. The cost of the service call was as he said, no hidden fees or add ons. I would definitely recommend to family and friends the service provided to me. Any appliance issues I have from here on, I will call Martell’s.

I called Jacob between Christmas and New Years. He responded immediately and showed up promptly as promised. He figured out the issue with my Samsung washer and ordered a part that we needed and was back the next day to install it. I was extremely happy with his professionalism and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quick and honest appliance repair at a fair price.

We recently had trouble with our washing machine and Jacob was very responsive and professional when he came to assess the problem. Jacob came highly recommended to us when we were looking to have our heat pumps cleaned after a renovation.He was very accommodating as our renovations were still taking place at the time of our appointment. He provided excellent service and recommendations on how to maintain and clean the heat pumps.He was a pleasure to deal with and we couldn't be happier with the end product. Excellent Experience from start through to post-service follow-up. We setup a time and agreed that Jacob would text us when he was enroute. Jacob arrived with his tools housed in a professional organized tool bag. He explained the installation process then professionally removed the existing microwave/exhaust hood and then installed the new one with ease. After a few minor adjustments we tested the new unit. Jacob cleaned up his working area and removed any materials that were not required. Price was fair. Workmanship was professional. Jacob was kind and courteous -- and most importantly he showed up when he said he would and made sure that we were satisfied with his work. Pleased to provide a 5-star recommendation.
