Fortinos Brampton Mountainash

fort-no’sGood grocery store but is it ever pricy lol. The butcher is prob one of the best ones i’ve found locally for steaks and the bakery/cheese imports are also phenomenal so it’s a must have for me in brampton!

The staff here are always friendly, going above & beyond to help out their customers. Once, I was in a bind & needed some sturdy boxes to use for moving. Nelson made sure some were set aside for me during their afternoon unpacking. Some of the team members even helped me bring them to my car. They really took care of my needs, even though I wasn't there to buy groceries that day. Wonderful team.

This is a place where I often visit for refreshment as well as for the weekly purchases of vegetables and household. Compared to other general stores, price is a bit higher but the quality is remarkable. They have almost everything in store. I am a frequent customer of this Fortinos in Mountainash and I must say it is a well recommended store if you are not ready to compromise in the quality over the price.

Everybody who works there is 10/10. The staff is excellent and they are always super happy and welcoming. The quality of the food and even the cleanliness of the market is 10/10. It’s my go to grocery store and there’s a reason why it’s a little more pricey than others. You will find value here that you can’t find at other places. Will always be returning

This Fortino's is super busy. The bakery counter is impossible on the weekend due to the wait. Despite this the store is always clean and pretty well stocked considering the heavy traffic. So why two star? I frequently have to return poultry for it going off prior to expiration date. May 20 I exchanged chicken wings that expired 2 days prior to the exp date. I got a new tray of wings no problem. I went straight home with the tray of chicken and opened it and it was off. This was on May 20 and the printed exp date was May 24. They may want to evaluate their refrigeration and how they handle the meat product.Before someone blames my refrigeration I usually buy meat product from Costco and never have this problem. I gave two stars as they never give a hard time to exchange even without a receipt and it is still a good store for produce and dry goods.

The aged head lady at the flower shop made me experience racism for the first time in Canada. All i asked for was for my bouquet to be wrapped from the bottom because it was wet but she refused while the girl helping her said sure before she refused. I wouldn’t mind paying for it but at-least give me the option. And she repeated it while giving the receipt even though i never asked again. Pure racism probably because i was dressed in a traditional attire. Never shopping from this store again.

Love the new Cafe inside the Fortinos. There is such a nice variety of fresh food to enjoy. And the store is always well stocked and clean.

Love shopping at Fortinos very clean environment, foods always fresh. The young lady ( Jaida ) was very sweet and helpful. I was having issues with my debit tap today. Thankfully, she knew how to assisted.

Always happy with fortinos! Yes they’re a bit pricier than the other supermarkets but the quality of the food and products in incomparable. I’m a huge fan of their bakery the staff are always polite and quick to help you. They even made me a custom graphic cake with minimal advance notice .
