Lucky To Go...

Booking was easy. Driver showed up on time. My only complaint was the frequency the shuttle runs. I had to sit at the airport for 3 hours before my flight

The company is aptly named...you will be lucky if they actually pick you up. Booked a trip home from the airport a week ago. They accepted the booking but shortly after, around 8 hours from the pickup time, they cancelled it saying they had no one available.

Horrible service. Booked them for a flight to the airport. Did not arrive and we were unable to reach them.

App and website are clunky at best and it took a lot of navigation through both to book something. About an hour after booking I received a phone call saying that they couldn’t pick up at the location selected because of an event closing roads in downtown Victoria. Fair enough but this event was planned well in advance and there should’ve been something on their website. I usually don’t pre-book and would not have known there was no hotel pick up that day (I called the Hotel Grand Pacific- they said the shuttles would still run but just be re-routed.) Unfortunately the result of which is that we had to race out of our hotel in order to get to the new pick up spot in time. The people I spoke with were friendly and helpful and the bus was clean and comfortable but it was a bit of a mess to book and then to manage sudden changes. They also have very few daily runs compared with the old YYJ shuttle but I know it has to be worthwhile to make them. Price is reasonable.

The branch in Kelowna, BC is the worst business that I have ever dealt with!We pre-booked a ride( with plenty of time) and not only did they charge my card 7 times, but they did not show up for the booking. The app does not allow you to see the car location, the “customer service” help line sends you to voice mail and there is no way on their app to get any assistance. They did reverse the charges with a badly worded email that said “Those are pre authorisation. No money charge your charge” ! No explanation or apology to why no one showed up for the booking. Wow…if this is the extent of their customer service, they obviously do not care about their business or maybe they are just running a fraudulent scam. Stay away from this company! They deserve a minus 100 stars! In order to post this the app requires at least one star! What a joke !

As a previous review stated, you will be lucky to go anywhere with this booking company due to the lack of communication and organization on their end. I was told I missed my shuttle and then told my booking did not exist. I ended up being charged twice and had to email in order to be refunded. This is the only airport shuttle in Victoria, so if you plan to use them, make sure you book weeks in advance since their booking system appears to need multiple days to arrange a driver. Do not attempt to call their number, you will be sent to voicemail but email responses can be quick. I would confirm your booking over email and pick-up location as there were no signs/directions for my pick-up location at Uptown Mall.

They are a scam company, unresponsive especially when your booked flights were changed, don't waste your nerves and time buying tickets from this site

so far, have been scammed out of $7k+ NZD booking a nonexistent flight from Wellington to Albuquerque. Has been a nightmare, do NOT use this site.

For a refund, or change of ticket s they are not calling you, they don t care to help you

I pre booked a ride and no one showed up. This is really frustrating - the online chat never helped me and I could not e-mail them through the app either - YUCK !This app sucks. I tried to cancel the ride and it kept saying can not cancel.Uber is way better. Hopefully UBER will come to Vancouver Island soon.
