Advanced Level Roofing was amazing to work with! Between their prices & communication the whole process was a breeze. We just finished one roof with them and already sent them to another property we own to start on another. They are amazing!

Worst company I ever dealt with……they were supposed to lay tarps didn’t, found over 200 roofing nails and roofing debris all over our yard. Workers threw their half eaten lunch, caulking and garbage all over our yard, even damaged our neighbours property. Called them about issues and quality of roof and had a poor response, didn’t feel confident in roofing job and got a 3rd party inspection done…..multiple issues with workmanship, poor rating. Long story short don’t give this company a dollar of your money they hire incompetent contractors that don’t care, damage you property and only care about being paid.

Excellent sales presentation. No pressure. Great service. The crew showed up on schedule. They were prepared and understood the details of the project. Everything was done according to plan and cleaned up well afterward. Highly recommend.

Update1 to reply their false claim:Best way of defense is to attack. I challenge you to prove even 1 occasion where your staff suffered any verbal abuse or disrespect. Dont push the limits so that i start sharing the text message exchanges here.Moreover no attempt were made from your side for resolving the issue

Tristan was a great salesman! We got a second quote and Advanced came in lower and offered a few extras the other did not. The guys started on time and finished same day with a total clean up! Very happy with the service they provided! I highly recommend Advanced Level Roofing!

We hired Advanced Level roofing for the 2020 Hail Storm in Calgary and had a truly horrible experience.We received a cash payout from our insurer and had the option to hire a contractor to do the repairs on our home. We decided to go with Advanced Level because of the amount of positive reviews on google. This was probably our first mistake.Advanced Level did not send someone out to our house to do a visual inspection prior to providing an estimate. They only requested our insurance adjustment document to perform their estimate. This is sketchy behaviour for a contractor and was my first red flag. I should have gone with a different contractor after receiving this request for my adjustment. They knew that I was paying out of pocket for this job and my adjustment should have had nothing to do with the estimate. Thankfully, I was smart enough to black out the estimate values from the adjustment document, otherwise I might have paid even more for this abysmal work.Because of them not doing a proper visual inspection and estimate on the property, there were many items that were completely missed in the initial estimate and contract, including:- Windows (massive miss)- Tin fascia on the entire front deck- An entire side of our detached garage- Garage Window & Garage doorThis was just pure laziness on the part of Advanced. They were leaving me, someone without any experience in home repairs, to ensure that their estimate covered all the damages. When you hire a company to fix your house, you expect them to actually fix it and provide a customer with expert advice. Maybe even Advanced Level" advice. In retrospect

We just had our roof done by Advanced Level Roofing. They did a great job from beginning to end. Good communication, the job was completed quick and efficiently. The roofing crew had everything done and cleaned up in one day!! They took their time to make sure my property was protected by tarps and the only thing they left behind was great work! I’d highly recommend this company for your roofing needs! Thank you for a positive experience.
