Selection not great but the service awesome

Ashley @ Tumi provides the highest level of Customer Service - she listened and she selected the right pieces based on my needs and had everything prepared, including monogrammed name tags before I got to the store - I spent less than 10 minutes in the store…Complements to you Ashley, you are mentoring a powerful team.

Good quality but expensive luggage

I had a very rude experience at this store today. I bought a key chain a few months ago which was quite expensive. They key chain developed a stain all over and I decided to bring this to the store for an exchange. There were two people in the store today 6/16/18 in the afternoon, Victoria and another woman who refused to give me her name.They saw the key chain and wrote a 1800 number for me to call, without even explaining. When I asked, they refused to exchange it. My experience at TUMI stores has been much different in the past. If the store doesn't have the item, they take care of returning it and requesting an exchange. This time my experience was very different. Horrible, poor service in this store...!

I agree with the other reviews. I want to add that this stores has limited selection. I recommend you call ahead to comfirm if they have the item you want before wasting ypur time.

My experience in the store was great. The staff were very helpful and I was able to find a set at a very reasonable price. If you have something specific in mind then you may want to visit a store with a much larger inventory, but in truth, you wouldn't be guaranteed to find something either.

Amazing leather backpack with actual compartments, not just a big bucket. I can store and retreive everything easily. It is very well constructed and light. It slides easily over my shoulders and the straps are padded. Mine is a beautiful subdued red. They also have black. One suggestion. It would be awesome to have a wider range of colours, especially Camel.
