A DIYers dream come true. My partner and I recently decided to take on a huge project.. our kitchen. We went with Zen because of their flexible pricing, and we were not disappointed. They have amazing service, and the quality of our new cabinets is incredible. Highly recommend!

Last fall we had a new kitchen designed and installed as part of their Cabinet Express" line.I'd give the actual design

My experience wasn't great, Measurements were taken incorrecylty. Cabeint doors came like the picture you see atached, fixing them took weeks and weeks and multiple visits. Unprofessional scheduling department, services guys show up with no appointment. They pnoned me 3 -4 times within minutes if I dont answer the phone. I can keep going on the issues I faced with them. They are extremly good at insiting of taking thier money upfront before installationZen's answer is all false and doesnt have any supporting information that I dont have a humidifer in the house. I do have one and humidity in the house is good. the argument that humidity was the cause for having some of the doors to be like the picture attached in 2 -3 days make no sense. Anyhow my argument in my review is the other issues. I understand quality sometimes can be like that but to take weeks and weeks and to come with no appointment is something was unacceptable.

Fantastic experience with the Zen team. They were professional and diligent with the details. They offer an excellent wide variety of products. Their team had a lot of product knowledge and was able to help us create a design that matched our aesthetic. Highly recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Our experience was superb, from start to finish. We chose Zen Living for our home remodelling project, and we could not be happier with the results. Their team was professional, well educated on their product, and the result is stunning. There was seamless communication - every time we had a question, there was someone ready to help us. We loved the flexibility they offered with their manufacturing selection. We chose to have our product made overseas, and was able to save quite a bit so we can focus on landscaping this year. The product itself is top notch and matches our aesthetic to a tee. Can’t recommend them enough!! Thank you!

Jason (The designer) was great at the beginning, he walked us through the process and gave us great feedback for our kitchen remodeling, nothing but great things to say about him! The actual product (kitchen cabinets and counter top) is a good product.The install of the cabinets was disappointing, the installer did a ok job but I highly doubt the install he did in our home he would have accepted in his own home, as there was a few areas that were not plumb, didn't install correctly etc. There were several back and forth conversations with the Zen living leadership team to correct the issues but in the end it was completed.There were a few moments of this process that was anything but Zen like.The service tech did a good job with what he had to do and the countertop install process was goodOverall we are happy with our new kitchen as product stands however customer service is not their strong suit, they lie we asked for our countertop cut out and one minute we were told it was left in the van and it would be dropped off to we don't do that option to oh look we have it then we go to pick it up to it not even being our cut out - such a stupid thing to lie about.When you are an Advocate for yourself and what you pay for this company will not make it an easy process.product is good, install and customer service - stay on top of them and make sure you Advocate and don't back down if you are not happy with the service they provided.

Professional, creative and extremely efficient! I cannot thank the team at Zen Living enough. We had very limited time to remodel our kitchen and two bathroom vanities prior to selling. My designer Ron was very helpful and guided us through the entire process and kept us up to date with any changes. I would highly recommend them.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Zen Living for my basement cabinet and wet bar installation, and I have to say that they truly impressed me. I needed the project done quickly and they were able to deliver on their promise, which was a huge relief. Chad was a huge help in assisting us to choose the right countertops, and his patience and expertise were greatly appreciated. The installation was completed flawlessly and we couldn't be happier with the final result. Our experience with Zen was decidedly mixed! The bad parts were some pretty awful customer service across all aspects of the business from staff that lacked good product knowledge, staff passing us around to different often poorly trained and new staff, poor customer service ethos, poorly functioning systems, woeful deadline keeping, REPEATED construction errors, repeated failures to put things right until pushed hard, etc etc etc! So overall in general a HIGHLY frustrating experience!!!!The good part was that eventually" we got some decent units at a decent price
