I am completely impressed with Dan and his team at Shack Shine. They installed Christmas lights on my house and yesterday took them down and packed them up for next year. The entire process has been totally positive. The pricing was very competitive, Dan communicated with me promptly every time I had a question and they installed the lights when promised as promised. I had a problem with one light and Dan had it replaced immediately. I feel the quality of the lights Shack Shine uses is excellent and I absolutely loved the end result. The two guys we had did an excellent job installing our Christmas lights! They arrived on time, were very professional and did the job in a safe and timely manner. We loved to see them using a harness while on the roof! Would 100% recommend their services.

Wow! First time using this service. I usually do all this my self, but health problems prevent me from doing so. So because I do all this work myself I have a very high expectation when we hire anyone. Started out great with 4 smiling friendly young men introducing themselves and making me feel comfortable immediately. Rhys went over the job parameters so we were all on the same page. Luke, Bren and Cooper, started work immediately, they were open to comments and suggestions, did excellent work, like watching 4 of me working on my house like they owned it. Awesome service, reasonably priced, good value, and men that aren't afraid of hard work, absolutely loved it, thanks again fellas you were all terrific, extra thanks to Rhys who ran the job..

I highly recommend Shaun and his team. He was very responsive and was able to get us an appointment sooner than first stated. There was a mix up with the job but Shaun was quick to rectify the issue and make sure we were satisfied. Incredible customer experience that is hard to find. We will definitely be using them again. The pressure washing of our backyard concrete made it look brand new!!
