I was very impressed walking into this cigar shop. It was like being a kid in a candy store. The staff were so kind and spent time explaining what cigars they had to offer. There was no push to sell to you and if you're a Newby then this is the place for you. They have a good variety of Zippo lighters, including the single and double butane inserts.

I have been coming here for a number of years and didn't really know what I was looking for at first. While not disappointed with any of my purchases, some were too strong of nicotine or too light of body, since I wasn't sure what to ask for from my tobacconist. I'm sure the lovely nuances were lost on my inexperienced palate.One mini cigar that was recommended to me (Don Thomas) was amazing, and I decided to try smaller ring gauges with a fuller body and medium strength today.The lady who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and picked out the perfect cigar for me which I am enjoying right now!I highly recommend Victory Cigars, and suggest letting your tobacconist know if you are a beginner!

First, any bad review you see here will be for a reason outside the store's control, or because of a bad attitude... have a look at anything not 5-stars and judge for yourself...I'm new to cigars, and I let the tobacconist know. She gave me some very helpful starting directions and recommended a few cigars to me, as a noob. She seemed genuinely excited for me, which I loved.Their service is top notch, even after the sale. The product is great, and the staff that I met was engaged, knowledgeable, and encouraging. I will make a trip back to Oshawa soon, and this shop will be the destination. Regards!
