Famous Chicken Sandwich. Meh. Chicken was dry. Too high batter to chicken ratio. Spicy sauce is boring and overpowering. Without being spicy. Four little pickle slices.If I think of all the spicy chicken sandwiches I've had at Wendy's over the years, and recall the worst one I ever had....it was still better than this KFC sandwich.Update: I had the Popeyes chicken sandwich today. I rated it 5 stars. Enough said.My takeaway from this sandwich is that Yum has just given up.

So much grease..!!! Always!! Orders always seems to be from pieces of chicken ... that are just sitting around. Hoping to be surprised one day..but doubtful. That's how it came..when I opened it.

We ordered chicken sandwich bundle for 4. We ordered order of popcorn chicken small. 7.90 for 13 pieces. That too for a popcorn chicken not even full bite size. Chicken sandwich was good price value. Popcorn chicken not recommended to order. Might as well get from buffalo wild wings you ll atleast get a bigger size and sauce options.

Full disclaimer, I never was a huge fan of KFC but non the less we do go on occasion from time to time. We go to the location on Mohawk Road East. The service was absolutely the worst I have had in some time. If someone is working the front counter they should be somewhat familiar with their own product menu. This person didn't have a clue at all. Kept having to repeat ourselves, the order to 20 to 35 mins to fill although store was empty. The bucket of chicken was undercooked and the bucket came with only two breast portions, the rest all wings and thighs. Poor service served up with rudeness as well as trying to cheat customers out of the product that someone has just paid for. I did report franchise to KFC headquarters. We will not go back to this location again. I think that that this KFC human resource office should review their basic hiring practices as it relates to provincial and federal employment standards. Also KFC should do a better job monitoring their franchises and their performance.

I was in restaurant at 8:50pm and they not allowing me for dine which is very bad experience because i came from Brampton and just wanna eat kfc and People who working there maybe they don’t wanna do any work. Moreover I used to be manager in kfc and i tell somethings about closing which allows us to eat there but they still behaved very rude

Got a family bucket with fries and a salad, went here because Upper James location had no salads ☹️. The chicken parts didn’t resemble any chicken parts I have ever had and it was greaser the usual if that is even possible but worst of all it was under cooked. Won’t be back for quite a while.

Avoid this location because of the rude service and terrible food quality. Greasy, cold, and soggy chicken and fries. They'll give you stale food and say it was made fresh, then ask you to wait an unreasonable time for fresh, hoping you'll just leave. They often give you the wrong food as well because they don't pay much attention to the orders. Don't bother trying to complain to the store, just call head office. This location won't last long with the current ownership and/or management.

HORRIBLE Customer service!!! They thought my husband had left and as he was waiting for service they were talking about him mimicking him and everything. Childish behavior!!!Also got told food would take 20 mins and we waited 45 mins and was given attitude when i asked a question . DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

Worst KFC store ever! Don’t ever go to this branch especially if you are dining in. They were all just hiding in the kitchen, no one attending the counters, couldn’t order anything else. Manager-looking lady was super rude. Store was already open when we went but doors are locked, they don’t want customers to come in!!!!
