Faultless solutions always go above and beyond to service their customers .We needed a filter for our Hydro vac , the one we had sitting for a spare was the wrong filter .i called Steve at 6 pm on Friday night , he went back to his shop , got the filter we needed and delivered it to us same day so we could have the truck onsite for a job .Top notch service from Faultless Solutions .The Faultless team are awesome people to deal with .

I have been doing business with Faultless Solutions for many years and I have never gone elsewhere or even had to consider it.I do any and all Hydrovac related purchases at Faultless Solutions to equip my entire fleet and have never had, nor do I believe I will ever have any reason to change suppliers.I have to say that Bruce Williams is absolutely AMAZING to deal with in ever single way.From sourcing parts and equipment they don’t regular stock to purchasing whatever you require he is the go to guy for me.Bruce always has an incredible attitude and has gone out of his way time and time again even going as far as giving me control of his fabrication team (Jonathan/Welder, Fabricator) for a day to design and build custom parts and equipment that nobody has to make my life easier.I love the whole warm, welcoming, professional, no nonsense team that clearly stand above the competition and I’ve dealt with most if not all of them and it’s not even really a competition but I must say Bruce is my guy absolute despite how great the whole team is.It’s hard to find the right people to deal with in this industry especially with the level of effort Bruce puts in ever single time I use Faultless Solutions.Bruce reacts quickly, has vast product and industry knowledge and always has suggestions on how to make the best choice and is willing to take any time and effort necessary to help me see other choices or give me other options and will not let up until he has found an answer to help or supply me.I’d have to say he clearly very clearly goes above and beyond especially with customer service and satisfaction.Never once has he let me down or failed to supply me.Bruce can not be overlooked he is a vital piece to the Faultless puzzle and I’d say we have built an incredible working relationship as well as friendship through the time spent working in conjunction with one another.Bruce is just pretty well perfect in my eyes I actually call him “Bruce the Golden Goose and it’s not a joke. Bruce and Faultless solutions will always be my go to, my number one if you aren’t using them there’s something not right or you haven’t found them yet. Give your business and trust (which is a huge thing for everyone) especially dealing with thousands of dollars each dealing. But give them your business and see how your business life changes in the Vacuum truck game. They are always out front always finding new and better equipment and parts and I know they are a front runner in their field. I’ve been around Vac equipment and High pressure water systems for over 20 years and enjoy dealing with Bruce over anyone I ever have.
