Both of them are beyond friendly and they truly want you to be completely satisfied with the product at the end of the day. We never felt pressured into something that we didn't want or a price that we were not comfortable to pay. Edward listened so carefully to what we wanted and when I finally saw the end result it was better that I could have expected. Edward created a custom Wedding band for me and I could not be more pleased. He provided insight into his process and made me feel like I was part of the creation. He realized my vision perfectly and I'm so pleased I chose him for the one ring I'll wear the rest of my life.

My husband worked with Precision Jewellery to custom design my engagement ring which I absolutely love. It's beautiful, personal and easy to wear. Edward does fantastic work and runs a great shop, and is a real pleasure to work with. He made a custom engagement/wedding ring in platinum for us, set with many rubies that all matches perfectly. Despite platinum being notoriously soft, Edward's solid design has held up the years of every day wear and tear and still looks great.

Edward from Precision went above and beyond for me when I came to him with my wife's broken engagement ring. We bought it from a seller in the states and I did not want to ship it over in case it gets lost in the mail.I had to find someone who I would highly trust to repair this ring, Edward was that person. He sat me down and examined the jewellery and proceeded to tell me how the ring broke and also explained the characteristics of the diamond. Then he told me how he would fix it.The finished product was amazing, and the diamond looked secure. The best part was that Edward has affordable rates and his turnaround time was awesome.
