Had previously purchased an electric cooler from your store. The little glass fuse has blown. Went to two Canadian Tires to find a replacement 5a250v fuse. Neither store carried the fuse. Great, no little replacement fuse even though the cooler is about $200. Suggested I contact the manufacturer. So in essence, we already got your money for the cooler so we want nothing to do with you.

Plenty of friendly, knowledgable staff available to assist you in any of your needs. Aisles very clean and tidy. Not much of a wait at the tills, which is nice, and as usual reasonably priced products.

Store was crazy busy but Manager Darren took the time to make my day. He made what could have been a very big problem for us a wonderful and satisfying experience. Great customer service! The customer service and warehouse staff were also very accommodating.

I ordered car seat online and when I went to the store for pickup, they gave me a car seat that was not in good condition, and even was not packed in the box properly. It looks like a used one or displed one. I was so disappointed from their service and product. I will not buy anything from Canadian Tier website and even I will not recommend anyone to purchase online.

Good place to get your garden and garage tools in one place.It's a one stop store for all your need.Has multiple entry and exit, wheelchair accessible with parking. Bus stop just in front of it and has good parking space

Over charged for a loose tire repair, clerk said was just bad bead then tech said there was a hole they patched. They need to communicate better between themselves. Also bought a swing set was told to go to receiving to pick up get there only to be sent somewhere else.

Really big store. They have EVERYTHING you need for your home. Not the best prices in town, but not the worst as well. They had lots of staff around . Costumer service were friendly but super slowly . Big parking lot outside

Very dissapointed. drove in from out of town to get helium balloons for sons 3rd birthday. whoever filled them didn't know what they were doing. 4 out of the 6 are floating completely sideways and you can't even tell what's on them. after a quick Google search turns out you can't fix that as there is a ratio of helium incorrect at filling. guess no balloons for our party today :( beyond sad. please teach your staff properly
