I was in a pinch to hire a cleaner as I had 2-days until I fully moved into my new house and all the carpets smelled like wet dogs. The Beyond Carpet Cleaning team showed up on time. They were knowledgeable, careful, and quick. They even professionally cleaned my floors where they had walked on AND without even asking. The team went above and beyond. Dominic did a great job cleaning the carpets with almost every stain removed successfully and hardly any scent left from the cleaning (which I appreciate as I'd rather not have chemical residue). He was also very friendly and socialable. Price was lower then most other cleaners in Edmonton. Appreciate he called when he was on his way to confirm.

The deep rug cleaning guy was so kind and explained everything. They were fast, and efficient and made you feel great about the service you were getting. Highly worth the price and would easily get it again.

Dominic was amazing. I needed carpets and apolstry cleaned with horrible pet smells. Like, it hit you when you walked into the space, made your eyes water kind of smell...Dominic came in the next day for me and now the space smells like citrus!!!! Excellent!!! So Happy! Thank you.

Edit to add: I called you multiple times (as well as text and email) for the invoice. I was advised by you that you would email it right away. I didn’t receive it until after I advised I would be posting a review. Then you seemed to get my messages no problem.Have the day you deserveAbsolutely the WORST customer service and horrible job done. We paid to have two tiny rooms cleaned for a move out and the property manager is now charging us double to clean them again because this company did such a poor job. They also did not provide a receipt or invoice despite multiple calls, texts and emails. Save yourself the money and go with a better company, we are now paying 3 times what we should have to get it done again. If I could give zero stars, I would.
