Dealt with Caroline Supplies online. Processed my purchase fast and shipping was affordable and speedy. Won’t hesitate to make another purchase from this awesome company.

Buyer beware. I went in to buy a 9mm gun and the representative informed me that these guns were going on the band list and said it was not a good idea for me to buy the gun. Then I was asking him about a 243 caliber, and he more than willing sell me the gun, knowing that there was not just a shortage but no ammo to be found. Once I started looking for ammo, I realize that there was no ammo to be found from the East Coast to the West Coast a Canada. I return to the store to ask if I could return the gun and the guy behind the counter said there should be no problem whatsoever and they would reimburse me my money but unfortunately, that was not the case according to the owner of the company. Monica Dean. Also the profanity that is being used in the store is unbelievable. The C you Next Tuesday seems to fly around that store with no regard to who is standing there. They have a no return policy that is only printed on the receipt once you purchase the item. This is not disclosed at anytime prior to the purchase and they figure that it should just be known. They also stated that there was a sign out front, which is amongst 7 other signs that everybody supposed to read and realize that there are no refunds just in-store credit. So, they don’t disclosing all the information & misleading customers just so they can add to their revenues for the store. It seems to me that it’s not about customer service but it’s more about the money. They have people in the store that have no idea what the policies are or will they ever disclose them to you because at the end of the day it’s all about selling product regardless if certain pieces are not available.

Always stop in at Caroline Supplies whenever I’m in town. The guys at the gun counter and the gals at the front are always great and I never leave empty handed. Always friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.Stop in the next time you’re in town. It’s time we’ll spent!

Interesting store, the socializing that goes on while customers are standing there is unbelievable unless your a local. I know it’s a small town but, do you think they could keep the language a bit more child friendly.Whoever owns this establishment needs to be made aware of these issues and hopefully teach their employees about customer service and some sort of professionalism.
