Dr. Bassem Hanna

What is the point of taking appoints over the phone, if you never answer?! I’ve called every day for a week now, and I get the “I’m not here and you can’t leave a message call another time” message every time!!!

Dr. Hanna is great! He implanted drainage tubes in both my ears and because of this my quality of life has greatly improved. His professionality and expertise makes him one of the best. 10/10 he can look into my ears any day

After my first surgery in 2017. My old doctor retired. I met Dr. Hanna to talk about my sinus issues. He performed FESS on me. After two weeks so far, I have never been able to breathe Like this.Dr. Hanna is a very good surgeon and doctor.You should feel very comfortable with him.

Been waiting to see an ENT since Nov last year.. Went to see him and wasn't very helpful... Felt rushed andjust brushed me aside.. Been having pain in my ears everyday and he didn't seem to care or offer much advice..I won't be returning to this doctor.. He also got mad at me for talking about another health concern..

I was referred to Dr Hanna after a trip to ER.He fixed my ear problem in less than a minute.

This doctor’s office never answers the phone. The recording states that they only answer the phone on “clinic days” but don’t tell you what those days are..

My mother has very recently been dealing with extremely severe nose bleeds, sometimes lasting over two hours. She has been taken to emergency a few times and ended up having a mini stroke because of the clotting meds. She was sent to Belleville Hospital where she had an amazing team that were very excited to get her in to see this ENT as the nosebleeds had not stopped. Dr. Hannah was rude, dismissive, unwilling to hear her story and overall completely useless! He said there was nothing he could do and sent her off. She came home and the next night she had another severe nosebleed that landed her an emergency. She’s becoming anaemic due to all the blood loss & can’t live her life or even get a goodnight sleep as the nose bleeds tend to happen at night. I do not recommend this ENT, if I could give zero stars I would. My mother is a human being and should be treated as such!Update, Dr. Kriesel (a 5 star ENT in Peterborough) took my mom under his wing, treated her as a human & cauterized her nose perfectly. She hasn’t had a nose bleed since & has bounced back beautifully. Thanks for absolutely nothing Dr.Hanna :(

Had an appointment that I waited 6 months to get into for serious sinus infections I had been having. He told me there is nothing he could do and the only way to fix the problem was to remove my nose. Such a waste of time. He was rude and couldn't get me out of office fast enough.

Fast and Efficient. Appointments are prompt. Will definitely recommend.
