I called Mario last fall about a leak in the roof, he came buy a few days later and quickly identified and repaired the issue, poor installation of the old roof was the cause. He had it repaired in minutes! The new roof that Classic roofing installed a few weeks ago looks fantastic. They went out of their way to clean up very well and were careful around the plants and flowers that surround the house. So pleased with the quality of workmanship on our outbuilding garage many years ago that we contacted Mario to remedy the underlying ventilation and structural issues on our homes roof as well as installing new IKO Cambridge shingles. Professional, courteous, meticulous and thorough would be the best words to summarize our experience. I would highly recommend their services. UPDATE: Just had to update my review, in early May during that intense wind storm, many of my neighbour's suffered shingle loss, the marina on our lake even lost their complete roof, not even a lifted or curled shingle at my place.

WE were so astonished of the work Mario and his father accomplished on our roof. They are not only fast but they preformed a high-quality workmanship on our roofs the old fashion way. In fact, Mario was the only one who mentioned in his estimate that we had some ice shields under some shingles and it would be more efficient to remove part of the plywood to reduce labour cost which we did. Mario was very professional with the quoting process for the services to be provided and in the work he performed.He described the options available for what we wished to achieve and went over the details to be sure we understood the choices we were making so that the end result matched our intentions.We were very happy with the repairs he performed, with the new gutters he installed and the new chimney cap he custom made.He started the work exactly as planned, completed in the time frame he had expected and left our property as pristine as when he began.His understanding of customer service is a quality rarely found.

I would call them Professional Roofing Muskoka!Mario and his team were responsive and very personable. The workmanship and attention to detail was fantastic. All of my questions were answered with curtesy and understanding. Especially when he explained nailing the shingles in the correct spot as opposed to using a nail gun and getting the job done quick.The job site was amazingly clean after the removal of the existing shingles. Mario was very conscious of the environment not only in the debris but there was very little waste produced. He is a true craftsman.The end result was amazing and we could not be happier. They deserve a 7 star rating!!!My recommendation is that you book Mario and his team and don't hire anyone else. It was that good.
