Ottawa Piano Movers moved our piano along with a couple of large dining room pieces to our new home last week. This was the second time we have used them. Excellent service, beginning with my very first email from Cheri! The movers were prompt and very efficient. The piano was moved out and stored prior to home renovations and was brought back after our new floors were installed. We saw a high level of care and precision, both in moving the piano out before the renovations and after. Thank you! Highly recommended.

Cheri was very professional, extremely courteous and service was prompt - they came to move our baby grand two days after I called! The movers took great care when moving the piano. I was recently given a piano from my sister in-law's parents. We live in a stacked town house, so I knew that getting the piano into our house with the tall front steps would not only be challenging, but pricey. I did my homework, and got estimates from many Ottawa movers. Ottawa Piano Mover gave us a very reasonable rate. Cheri was quick to email with questions about the space, the quote and the approximate time I could expect delivery. The team that came were fast and efficient. They made sure that there was no damage done to my house or the piano. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

This company is amazing! They moved my piano twice and the whole experience was so smooth! I didn't have to say a thing and they understood that the instrument had a lot of sentimental value. Their prompt, professional response to my multiple emails made dealing with them so much easier. I did have my piano moved by another company since first dealing with Ottawa Piano Mover and the few dollars I saved where certainly not worth all the stress and uncertainty I was subjected to.
