Fax Engineer 2018

These guys are awesome ! They got a printer for any job or size. they are honest and recommend you a good brands. got any supplies you want. you can bring your printer to them or they will come to you. Been buying and servicing my brother printers with them for years ! I tell people buy based on the volume u print and what you the machine to do.

I have been dealing with this company for over 10 years. I purchased 2 machines during this time period and I am 100% satisfied. Its been an absolute pleasure dealing with the staff at The Fax Engineer. They provide exceptional service at an affordable price. I would highly recommend anyone looking for machines and supplies to contact the fax engineer.

1. Leased two machines that they said were in perfect working condition and had very little use time. Not true.. two months after parts starting break down and they were charging us over $150 per service call plus the cost of the parts.2. They out source you to a leasing company that knows almost nothing about the fax engineer. You call the company and they give you the run around. They lock you in for 4 years and at the end of it you don't own the machine, but you have paid over $8000.3.They charge you for insurance.... what is the insurance for? It does not cover anything applicable to the machines.4. Overall this company is very unfair , they sell poor quality machines, unprofessional customer service and I would not use them ever again or recommend them to anyone.
