I had a custom bc built And not knowing much about computers Mike walked me through everything, and made sure I didn’t get anything I didn’t need. I had many questions along the way and he always took the time to answer them.. all at no charge. Impeccable customer service.

Excellent customer service!Mike was great, very helpful, brought in my new pre-build that wouldn't power on straight out of the box. He diagnosed the issue in a couple minutes and $5 later i was on my way home!!Awesome

I've been a customer for over 15 years. I really appreciate Mike's knowledge and style of service. In fact, in spite of the fact I moved away to St Catharines ON in 2018, I still return here for parts and builds. I find it much nicer than the big box store shopping experience.
