Be aware before joining Robins New Waterford.There’s a uncertain illicit activities going on such as harassment to some old employees.Incident- there’s a customer on drive thru and coffee cost $2.17 and i charge him $2.15 its overall Canadian criteria i followed and customer complaint me that whole day other employees charge him $2.20 for three times in a day and you charge me correctly why so? i simply replied him i followed maths rule which is nationally genuine and he appreciated that and told me that he will meet manager in morning and take legal step against Organization.unfortunately next day general manager Tanya and owner Duke talked me about this and they created uncomfortable environment and instead of pointing other those who charge wrong and more than product they dismiss me without giving any advance Notice and said you might be hero for public but its not profitable for us charging for exact amount.Indirectly they were forcing me to charge more and to get disrespect from customers just for their profit.There’s no partial and equality in the organization because general manager Tanya’s daughter also works in ROBINS. Someone put national complaint against her in Chetticamp but she neglect that issue because its about her daughter. She harasse workers and force them to travel to other stores if you dont do that then she will stop giving you shifts and depress you in such a way that you will quit your job.I have many proofs against them which clearly states that she force and harass and use students.Many workers have this kinda story but i have guts and i will legally drag them to authorities.They are threatening me specially the owner pushed me and said not complaint anywhere because you are international student and you dont hold any value and rights here, that was so racist and uncomfortable to me at that time. They are pushing me down mentally.But i am not scared i will raise my voice. I will not let this happen to others also. I will stop it legally. I will take this issue infront of judiciary.Please its humble request just be sure before joining this organization.ThanksCredits- mandeep

This place is hit or miss when it comes to certain menu items. Only reason I go is for my son to get their chilla drink, stopped even bothering to go because 90 percent of the time they say it's not an available option.

Absolutely the slowest coffee shop on the island. And after waiting at the counter for 5 minutes to get served, they screwed up my order. Drive through window is no better. I recommend Tim Hortons.

Only when Tim's is busy or I am in rush. But I must say I love ❤️ their donair breakfast sandwich!

Very obviously not 24 hours. Why post online that you’re always 24 hours when they close whenever they feel like it? I drive by often at night it’s never open past 9pm. The Tim’s in town is the same. Same small town bs.

Well this place was good for a short time but now its quickly failing. Alot of people complaining about standing at the counter waiting to get waited on for quite some time. Staff are either in the back or paying all attention to the drive thru window or cellphones which I have seen many times. Also handling food items, cellphones , and money without any thought about gloves or washing hands . Come on now it's pretty simple and should be common sense. Another thing is if you ask for decaf and they say oh we don't have any right now. Well the proper thing would be I can make a fresh pot for you it will just be a couple minutes is that ok. That's what you are supposed to do well unless they don't have any decaf at all to make then you just let the customer know that you have run out and most would understand. If the manager or owner could address a few things that would be great. I try to support local so I do continue to purchase coffee / tea and other items but it is indeed getting frustrating.

Yo honestly, if you neeeed coffee, just wait it out and hit timmies up. Coffee here is just sad. Like I'm drinking coffee that just gave up on life and became hot water.Also the ham and chedder sandwich I ordered was just that.Ham and chedder on a bun, with a dried out piece of romaine lettuce.I normally don't leave bad reviews so I mean it when I say I will never order here again.
