Montessori Happy Minds Daycare and OSC

I emailed this daycare looking for care for my two children explicitly stating their ages and when I would be requiring care for them. I booked a tour of the facility for the following week for an ambiguous time “after 6pm” so I showed up with my grumpy toddler and infant a few minutes early the day of the tour. The second I walked in the woman at the desk looked annoyed and told me that they don’t take infants. She told me that they decided last week that they were getting rid of the infant room, which she could have told me in the email last week. She was completely unprofessional and wasted my time. She offered to show me the room for my toddler which is pointless when I stated from the beginning that I require care for BOTH of my children. Needless to say I would not recommend supporting a business that cannot take the small effort to communicate effectively with potential clients.

Our son started attending here in April 2023 along with many other toddlers in the 12 to 18 month old pink bambini room.The staff and director Katy are doing a great job in hearing feedback and keeping my son happy. It was very difficult for us as parents and for my son initially and also for the daycare itself as a new establishment in the beginning but as we provided feedback they were able to make necessary adjustments to continuously improve. For this we are giving 5 stars as they genuinely show interest and care to all children attending this daycare.Great job

Really nice daycare. I just love this place

I’m so grateful of having my son to attend Montessori happy minds and can’t say enough great things about the facility and caregivers there. The center itself is very clean and rigorously maintains .The caregivers, are simply amazing. They have taken the time to really get to know my son and help him to overcome his separation anxiety .

Katy and the staff is amazing! They go above and beyond to make every child feel safe and cared for. I can't say enough nice things about this preschool.. Highly recommend!:)

I can't say enough nice things about this preschool. We have tried a few different kinds of daycares and preschools and I'm so grateful to have landed with Happy minds. My daughter is 4, and feels the love that the staff and the director have for her. They genuinely care for the kids here. I, as a mom, have also have felt very supported in the transition process. Highly recommend!:)
