Westfork Kitchen Cabinets

I would not recommend Westfork Kitchen Cabinets to others. After repeated attempts to replace a single cabinet door, on their 3rd and final visit we were given a great deal of attitude and told that the cabinet was good enough" and that we would not be getting a new replacement.The first cabinet they replaced had cosmetic damage and chips/knicks in it. The second door was in mint-factory condition

Unprofessional. One word to describe them. I would give them negative rating if I could. We never chose this company - our builder did. We had to deal with them when the paint of our kitchen and bathroom cabinets started chipping off in so many places in less than a year of being used. After several attempts to get them repaired, they finally took the cabinets to their shop to fix and promised to return in 3 days. They did not return for a week. We phoned them several times but nothing was successful. Then they came back and put the cabinet doors in and guess what - two weeks later, the paint is coming off again. Not only bad service but the quality of the product is subpar. Will never use this company again and will not recommend to anyone in fact will advise to beware of their shoddy work. I think that the good reviews given for this company must have been written by their friends or probably by them who did not deal with their after sales service.

Fail....Same as other posts, they never pick up the phone calls. Visited and they were open. Talked to the owner". Place is very unorganized. Looked at the materials and choose what we want. Then they failed to come and measure the kitchen area. My contractor called them 5 times and noone showed up. Glad things didn't work out and not be stuck with their crappy service...Fail 100%. Don't even know who deals with this failure company."

Our new house is almost ready with Gillbuilt homes and cabinets work is done by west fork kitchen. work is of top quality. finishing is very good.quality is there in slides, hinges and cabinets material. they ran into a trouble because of our the range hood size. the range hood's depth was greater than usual cabinets and we really wanted that range hood with auto on/off functions. and they came up with nice solution.over all the work is of top notch quality and very good customer Service.I highly recommend westfork Kitchen Cabinets.thanks

Worst customer service, my builder recommended this place. They said 3 to 5 days but 2 months no reply, I called them the person answer is I m out of city, simple.
