Miracle Movers reacted quickly to my quote request, the fact that we greatly appreciated. The movers arrived on 10 AM and were incredibly quick. I was moving from a two bedroom house to a three bedroom condo, and the move itself took less than 5 hours. The movers were very pleasant, helpful, moved things carefully and even stopped me trying to lift something myself in case it was too heavy for me. There were no damages. Our manager, Memphis, was swift in his replies, showed great knowledge of the trade and was always a help. The price paid was $567 and it was the one included in the estimate, which was a lot cheaper than those quoted by another firms. The words no problem!" were sometimes of great comfort to us during the move."

I had to alter my move date a couple of times, due to unforeseen circumstances, the office staff were totally accommodating and understanding of situation.Workers should also be highly praised as they moved so fast and demonstrated a great deal of skill and care with my table and dresser.The total experience was an A+. It was my first time using Miracle Movers. The customer service is just great! I had many questions and I did receive all the necessary answers. I moved from London ON to Vancouver BC. It is a long distance move. I should say I never moved so far away. But with Miracle Movers my move went easy and smooth. It took 2 weeks to deliver my goods. I heard scary stories about lost and damaged stuff during the long distance moves. But, thanks God, not this time. I received all my belongings safe, with not one scratch. The crew packed and wrapped all furniture with extra blankets and because of this there was no damage. Thank you again. I do recommend Miracle Movers! Very satisfied with the service. P.S. A one bedroom unit over a short distance in Vancouver. I can honestly say my experience with Miracle Movers was so wonderful that I will never use another company other than them again. After having another company turn up late, argue with me about the access which Ihad explained at the time of the booking and then leave me stranded with a packed house and no truck. Miracle came to my rescue at the last minute. These guys are like gold standard customer service is all about. I truly cannot thank them enough. Fast and efficient, friendly and above all real gentlemen.

I booked my move well ahead of time, had the date and time confirmed. Moving day comes and 15-minutes past the scheduled time no movers, so call dispatch. Find out they were happy to take the deposit (which they did return) but scheduling a crew was apparently too challenging.When calling dispatch trying to sort the situation out, the best they could do was ask if I had called other local companies to try and come that day to do the move; a Sunday where I only had the elevator for a set period of time. If my move had been more extensive or time-sensitive and I didn't have great friends available to lose a Sunday to help out I would have been completely screwed, and they could offer nothing to assist in their screw up.Honestly, before the moving date I had no problems working with the company - but based on my experience I cannot recommend this company to provide a reliable service.If you do chose to use them for your move definitely follow-up after the apparent final follow-up and confirmation to make sure they actual schedule a crew to do your move.

The movers were just great! Professional team were polite, attentive and worked very quick. These two men (David and his partner) make up a good team! They knew what they were doing and worked hard to make me and my wife feel happy and satisfied at the end of the move. It was a long distance move, we moved from British Columbia to Ontario. It took 12 days to deliver our stuff. I pointed out extra wrapping and it was a great idea, because all my furniture arrived in excellent condition. We had many boxes with fragile items like vase and glass, thanks to packing service (that we requested) everything arrived safely, no damages. I would highly recommend Miracle Movers to anyone who is moving locally or long distance as we did.

Many people often complain that moving companies had lost their valuables but Miracle Movers did not lose any of my boxes. In fact, they do the job so efficiently that my belongings don’t even suffer the slightest of damage. The crews I worked with were friendly and helpful. Their customer service was always prompt and helpful. They always give me the best rates possible.

We needed to move from Aurora to Vancouver BC. It was a Super Long distance move. We packed everything properly and when the movers came, they packed some of the stuff with additional layers to protect our stuff from scratches. We were told that moving will take between 10-14 days. And right after 10 days the truck arrived to our new place. My wife was happy to see all the furniture without a scratch. No missing items. No overcharges. We paid by pounds, and the price was more than affordable. Miracle Movers provided us all the necessary documents. I felt secured during the whole 10 days. At the moment, we are not planning to move, but I will use Miracle Movers again and will recommend to use them to anyone I know.

I moved from Vancouver to Toronto. I used the excellent moving service which Miracle Movers advertised and provided me with. Their rates were reasonable, their service was exceptional, their moving stuff was very well-informed , cheerful and experienced. They ensured me that all my furniture and boxes would be delivered to Toronto on time. Nothing was broken and they made me a loyal customer for life. Thanks a lot Miracle Movers!
