Carmelo's Ristorante Italiano
Super quiet lunch with us being one of the only ones there. The ambiance is very quaint and intimate. Service was also friendly with us being served which whom I got the impression was the owner.The fungi pizza was excellent with generous mushrooms and not too heavy on the truffle oil. Overall, it was an excellent lunch that I would be happy to go back to.

We came here for my wife's birthday. She's pretty picky when it comes to pizza. We ordered 2 pizzas, the meatball, and a key lime pie. We loved the pizzas.For the pizzas:The sauce, crust and the cheese all really good. Really good flavors all around.The meatball was phenomenal.Tender, packed with flavor, great texture.Overall, it was a great dining experience .This was well-worth the 45 minute drive.Will come back in the future to try out some of the delicious looking pastas I saw the other tables ordered.

Carmelo's is an amazing Italuan restaurant with truly excellent quality dishes and the freshest ingredients. They have a wood-burning oven for their artisan pizza, and all their food is authentic. The staff are attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed, which is great for such a fine dining experience. I could not recommend them enough. Oh! And their mushroom soup is to die for!!! I know, right. How good could mushroom soup be, really? Let me tell you! It has the most intense wild mushroom taste. It is so flavourful yet light. It feels as unctuous as if it had cream, but the brightness tells you it's just gorgeous mushrooms. Ummm, I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!!!

We went there to have a dinner for three. Got a pizza and lasagna to share with a mushroom soup! The soup was AMAZING! Could not ask for anything better. The pizza and lasagna though were decent but not made me Wow! Afterward when being asked for a dessert, the eggnog dessert with ice cream sounded delicious. So we tried it! And you cannot believe how it was melting in the mouth! Definitely worth having it after dinner!

A great Italian restaurant in this neighborhood. The sauces, specially the Alfredo were amazing. The staff are super friendly and the service was quite fast.The only downside was that their soup of the day of turkey soup which was a bit on the expensive side. Other than that, everything was good.

Been to many many Italian restaurants, not just in Vancouver, but all over Canada, US and even Italy. This is definitely top 3 for me. Service was outstanding, and unforgettable. Food was just incredible. We had the prawn linguine, chicken pizza, burrata salad, and for dessert we had the affogato and key lime pie. Every single thing was outstanding and we just couldn’t wait for more.We left full, satisfied and so impressedCan’t wait to be back

Had a great meal here tonight with my Wife and 3 year old daughter. Food was delicious and was served super fast! The munchkin loved her pesto and so will I when I eat her leftovers ;)

Pretty good spot.The mixed bread is great, we also got some garlic infused focaccia bread included in that.You can customize your dish which is nice. The fettuccine was great, spaghetti bolognese also looked really amazing.We’re definitely going to come back and try more!

Our first time at Carmelo’s. The food was good (I had the lamb, which I would recommend, and all who had pasta were satisfied), the cocktails were ok (but avoid the old fashioned). The staff were very friendly and helpful, but had too many tables leaving us looking around for service from time to time. Overall, a really good experience for this type of restaurant, but prices did not match our expectations around service.

Food is amazing but service is even better! The people at Carmelo’s are so warm and kind. Would return just for that!We adored the fungi fettuccine. The sauce and wild mushrooms were perfect. The scallops and shrimps in the seafood linguini were of top quality.The key lime pie was too sweet and not tart but that’s just my personal preference!
