Just had the best repairman ever. Fast, efficient, friendly, thorough, spoke to me throughout the troubleshoot, diagnosed and repaired quickly and went over and above to check furnace filter and vents. I would highly recommend Emerald to anyone. Extremely fair pricing.

Had an issue with my furnace and Ray from Emerald came by to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and explained everything very thoroughly. I get leary about calling companies about things like this but I am so glad I called these guys! Will definitely use them again if I have to.

Technician arrived on time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He guided me thru all the items he was troubleshooting. Furnace fixed in 20 minutes. Very reasonable price. I highly recommend Emerald for any servicing. Will have them back in the summer to service my AC system.

The job was done quickly but the plumbers left a mess of wood chips and drilling for me to clean up. I would have added the pictures of the wood chips on the water tank but forgot to take the picture before I CLEANED it up.

Dave and his assistant were the service technicians who came out to replace my sump pump. They were very knowledgeable and professional and got the job done in a shorter time than I expected and for a very reasonable price. True professionals. We had a tankless hot water heater supplied and installed by Emerald Plumbing and Heating. They did a fantastic job from the moment they knocked on our door on the installation day until they left after the job was complete. Really nice, clean install and great product. The staff were courteous and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend them!

I called Emerald to fix my blocked and leaky kitchen sink. The service was excellent! The gentlemen were on time, very efficient, thorough, polite, and friendly. Cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use Emerald again.Nice to see this level of service still exists these days:)
