Unprofessional broken screen replacement. They replaced my iPad Pro 11 broken screen and when I got it most of the frame border was scratched by their tools. They had nothing to say except it happens!Not happy for the service.

Not to happy with repair made. Went in for a battery replacement. Phone is much worse than before. Suspect a cheap knock off battery was used. I should have assumed when the price was 50$ parts and labour. When I got phone back my snapchat and spotify had been Uninstalled. Did a factory reset and had to change all my passwords.

G was extremely helpful. I thought I had cracked the phone screen but he showed me that it was the much, much cheaper screen protector that had cracked. ($260 replacement vs $33!!). Highly recommend for friendly, helpful service. Posted by a senior so I have seen a lot of service. Lol.
