Absolutely love this company. I live in Alberta, and their online ordering system is great. VERY reasonable and competitive pricing, fast delivery (arrived in 5 days even during a holiday season as I placed my order ON CHRISTMAS), thoughtful packaging, great stock levels.... And, I'm not sure if it was a little Christmas gift, but I did receive an extra, complementary item this time I ordered! Thank you!

Attended a cold pressed soap class. Small groups. Extremely well organized. Instructor was exceptional. The store itself is a one stop imagination station with stock for all sorts related projects. Highly recommend.

Worst people, service and their attitude.1st. I knew they were closing which I mentioned while entering the store in last 15minutes, shopped in 5minutes as I knew what I was buying but the cashier kept on telling me how many minutes were left very rudely.2nd Whatever I was asking her for help, she just didn’t want to help and kept dodging my questions3rd. They had everything in stock at back but never looked when asked for it however, it came out of nowhere when we were leaving with nothing.Rude, disgusting and worst attitude Ever!You should learn how to serve customers even during last minute!

Oh my goodness, I could spend all day here! You can find all sorts of supplies for soap, candle, cosmetic, and lotions making. There are scents, melt and pour materials, kits, and containers for purchase here. I have tried their soap-making it and it was excellent. The soap turn out perfectly!They even have premade soaps (a large variety of artisan scents and types). The staff is friendly and their website has recipes on it. I definitely will be back,!

voyageur’s customer service is unmatched! i had returned an online order and hadn’t received my deposit back yet, although it said it was voided. i got an email response within hours and was very pleased with the service and attitude of the workers

I have been to their store on a few occasions and I have noticed that the employees tend to follow people around the store as if you are going to steal, which is very unprofessional and rude to assume. I do still spend quite a bit of money on their website even after hearing multiple instances of this happening to people of colour and people with disabilities. I no longer feel comfortable shopping at their store because of this as I have a disability and would hate to encounter being treated badly myself. I love the products they make and have been using them for over 5 years now and recommend them to others. I would hate to have to stop shopping there. I really hope they introduce a training course for their employees on how to treat customers.

The customer service at Voyageur is outstanding, time and time again. I also believe that the quality of their products is top shelf. They are my go-to store for nearly all my soap making supplies.

The young men working were a pleasant surprise and very knowledgeable indeed. This place has it all when it comes to making your own home treatment skin care products. A must have in every topical manufacturer's toolbox. Thumbs up on selection and quality although at times some of the women working here are kind of Karen-y - its worth putting up with that (at times) just for the awesome selection. That and they are only game in town... so what are you going to do?
