Charged me extra sales tax and no refund, shipping international is a rip off. Customer service useless, They told me to use local pick up option and still refuse to refund sales tax

No COA after purchasing a high end signed and framed Mario Lemieux piece (retails for $1190) - now the autograph has no value. Very disappointing

Yesterday I order my son a Galante autographed jersey, I am excited, but his b-day is 9 days away so I am hoping they can get it shipped to me before he has to go back to California. So far i rate company a 5.

They have some of the coolest memorabilia I’ve seen, especially it being local, and you’re able to pick it up, is even more of a bonus! Just wish they didn’t close at 4:30 hard to get there when you finish at 4 and all the traffic. Other then that everything is smooth and awesome

Tried to have a few pictures delivered to me over the Christmas break as I was home. Took over two weeks to receive the products. Wrong tracking information was sent to me, and I was not notified of when my package would be delivered. Ended up missing the delivery and not being home, so had to pick it up at the delivery office half an hour away instead. Contacted Frame worth, but there were of no help. Customer service was horrible and didn’t really want to help. For a company this big, I'm very shocked at their response. Great customer service and fast delivery. Ordered wrong jersey. Issue was corrected in one day and refunded to my credit card.Jersey was very good quality. Will definitely purchase from them again!

Updated review: this is in regards to the frameworth auctions. Very misleading. The minimum bid that they advertise is not the reserve. Often the reserve is $200 more than the minimum bid but this is not advertised anywhere. At least put the actual reserve as the minimum bid. Very disappointing and took a few days for someone to follow up with.Also they have replaced the deal of the day with framesworth outlet which in my opinion is not as good.Best in Canada. Amazing products, amazing service.I have purchased many items from Framesworth and I am always pleased.I love the deals of the day and check them out daily as they have amazing deals. Great customer service.Free shipping on most orders, and they pack your item very good with lots of bubble wrap.
