I enjoy Safeway because I grew up going with my family.However I’ve noticed the quality of products slowly go down. I’ve continued to see expiration dates be passed in the bakery section or vegan food isle.The customer service could be a lot better not saying it’s bad but it’s not there and could use a we touch upThe store is also not the cleanest so could potentially focus a little time on cleaning

I have no friends at all but your security guard made sure I wasn't feeling lonely..because he kept staring at my soul the whole time I was shopping in there. The best social interaction I have had in a while even if it meant just making an eye contact with your security guy. Will definitely be coming more.

Safeway is my go to on The Shore for groceries, prescriptions etc. Great staff, always clean and well stocked. Really appreciate their many years (22 for me) of serving Kamloops.

With money being to tight these days. You'd think that the customer service would improve and you'd be more valued for your business. I was standing at the Sandwhich bar for a good while before someone helped me. Which is fine, but when I was helped. The lady that did help me made me feel like I was annoyingher just by asking for a sandwich. She'd disappear halfway through, eventually yelling at someone from across the room to finish my order. Safeway used to be a proud place you could shop.

Previously shopped at this Safeway, first Kamloops Safeway experience this past Tuesday. Do not recommend. Had the cashier Gaby R. my groceries were tossed to the side, little to no conversation during check out, did not offer or pack any of my groceries. As a paying customer I am very disappointed in the customer service, when asked to scan my scene card she rolled her eyes in disbelief. Won't be coming back.

Anyone giving great reviews to this Sobey's-owned Safeway doesn't remember when it was a real Safeway. Lower-quality Complements" brand replacing many other name-brands

Ooh the bakery. What to say, the best place to get such an awesome variety of delicious buns and rolls and then the deli has some of the best cuts sliced for sandwiches. I'm drooling as I am imagining about one right now. Oh ya and there's also the rest of the store but imma outta time. Ciao!

Ordered a birthday cake over the phone. Last year I paid $18.99 for the cake. This year the cake shrunk in size and became $25.99. A 36% increase for a smaller cake! And they made a mistake on the filling type - wanted icing but ended up with custard.
