I'm an outgoing monthly pass holder and am extremely disappointed by the quality of this lot, the lack of care towards pass holders, the extremely high monthly rate, and Indigo's virtual monopoly on parking lots in the city centre. In the wintertime, this plot is rarely fully plowed and there is always a giant hill of snow taking up a large section of the monthly pass holder parking spots. Just last week, mine and my sister's car was boxed in by a customer so we could not leave through the exist, and upon calling Indigo the company did nothing to help. Meanwhile, my sister is a student nurse and needed to leave the parking lot for her clinical shift at the OGH the following morning. We ended up having to drive on the sidewalk, and when that didn't work, dig out snow and eventually kind strangers helped us get over the curb and large pile of snow against it. An Indigo parking lot employee helped us dig out as well, but had no ability to call the owner of the car who boxed us in nor a tow truck or any higher up to deal with the situation. This took over half an hour, we risked damage to the bottom of our car, and we had to park it outside the lot as we did not want to risk being boxed in again that night. Super dismayed by the lack of customer service provided by Indigo, and I will not be returning as a customer again.
