The staff really make this London Drugs shine. One of my favorite places to blow money that I shouldn't be spending. Great selection of electronics, headphones, bluetooth speakers, gadgets and more!

Yvonne is amazing and kind hearted, I was feeling so insecure lately about how my skin was looking, but she helped me overcome that and picked few products which actually helped me, thank you Yvonne and you are doing an awesome job.

I love the care I receive at this store from Yvonne in the Cosmetics department! She is always so kind, engaging and so good at providing me with any information I may be inquiring about in regards to skin care or makeup. She goes above and beyond to make sure my questions are asked and my needs are met. Thank you Yvonne!

Really appreciate the girls in Beauty Department. Due to skin allergies I never did makeup in the past 20 years, and now my skin is getting better but I don't know what I should buy/try and how to start it. The products they recommend to me are awesome! Thank you so much for being patient and spending time with me answering my questions and sharing your knowledge!

I would like to say the phone service is excellent when you call at non-peak times. Karen helped my find a particular Squishmallow to put on hold and did so in a timely fashion. I really do like coming in as a customer.

The staff at London Drugs in Courtenay are always friendly and helpful. Today was no exception, but I did want to comment on one cashier who, despite dealing with a very rude customer, stayed extremely professional. Her name was Amethyst H., and she handled the rude customer by politely explaining how the coupon worked, the customer stomped off to another cashier.It’s very difficult dealing with the public at times and my hats off to Amethyst for staying polite and professional.

Drove all the way in to look at a laptop that it said had 3 in stock online then they don’t even have it. Had my mask (even tho I’m medically exempt and have a dr note) on but the guy was bugging me about it anyways and wouldn’t even look at my phone to help me/find the model I was looking at to buy. Then I go out to the parking lot and buy it online anyways but get a phone call today saying they don’t even have it online even tho it said they did and they charged my card and confirmed my order? They’re trying to give me a display one that everyone’s been touching and using for who knows how long now and won’t even offer a discount or rush order it for me. I am out work until I have a computer and this has all cost me more money and lost wages because of the errors in your website. It should not be possible for a customer to buy items online if they aren’t in stock and when you make a mistake you should apologize to your paying customer and make the situation right. I was told by the employee I could buy it online and then also buy the website. I would have picked a different one so I could be back up working ASAP if I’d known this one wasn’t actually available. Very disappointed. :(

So unorganized because of staff shortages. Said I'd never do back. That was over 6 months ago. Holding on to the sediment.
