Hello, we just spent a week at this very accommodating and friendly Super 8. Crystal, the Manager, was so helpful and interested in our comfort due to the shortages of workers. In saying this, we had a wonderful experience, staff very helpful and kind. Enjoyed breakfast, many choices and very good, dare say it would meet with anyone's approval. Also 24 hour hot coffee and hot chocolate, fruit offered. Conveniently located to beautiful downtown Kenora. Would certainly recommend this motel to anyone and hopefully, when in the area again, would stay. Make your reservation early!!Theresa & JimSaint John, New Brunswick

Excellent service. We only stayed one night but the room was clean, ready on short notice and our request for main floor was happily accomodated. Breakfast in the morning was solid. They are short-staffed but you wouldn't know it by how hard these people work. Great job representing Kenora!

Although we had booked a pet friendly room on the first floor, we were upgraded" to a room on the second floor. I assume this is because of cleaning staff shortages - all guests were grouped in one area.The brown carpet on the stairs we had to take to and from our room was difficult for our dog to see

When I booked my 3 night stay there was no rooms for the second night of my stay. I booked the other two nights anyway and the lady at the front desk told me that she would put me on the cancellation list for the missing night. Two days before my arrival the lady called back with a cancellation and a room for me. I was impressed that she actually took the time and effort to look for a cancellation and call me with a room. Keep up the good work. The breakfast was better than I expected. With a bus load of students all eating the staff was able to keep up with all the food that was available. Job well done.

Friendly however VERY over priced for what is provided. NO ELEVATOR is odd when ur on the 2nd floor!!Stains on the carpet in the rooms and bathrooms need a full upgrade. Let's just say for the price, they need to do a lot more to charge these kind of rates

We arrived Sunday afternoon and was greeted with very friendly staff. I noticed right away they had lemon ice water available which I love. She mentioned there was a hot breakfast ,which sounded good and it was very good. Got to our room and everything was clean and comfortable. We wanted extra pillows and blankets and they supplied all we requested. There is a restaurant right on the same parking lot and they serve very good food. My experience there was great and I would recommend it for sure.

Pleasantly surprised. The hotel is quaint, clean, close to the town centre and a lot of attractions. Polite staff and great priced rooms make it an ideal place to stay on your Kenora visit.

Stayed here February 2023 with my U13 hockey team. Hotel was clean and complimentary breakfast and coffee were great. The staff were incredible. This was the most accommodating and friendliest staff have ever been to any hockey team I have ever coached. Every family agrees and only had amazing comments regarding their treatment. I completely recommend staying here.
